    The toaster is great but why would they make it with the chord coming from the side "front" instead of the back? Poor design but good working. I like the cancel function.

    Performance unknown . Note Toaster not returned by gift recipient must be operational Cylons' are related to toasters per Cdmr Adama.

    Major disappointment. Worse appliance ever purchased. Purchased because of quality of products years ago. First toaster manufactured with a damaged controller returned without using. Second did not toast evenly, top toast bottom not, one side toasted other not. Returning for credit. I recommend it be removed from Best Buy list of products. I have always have success with BB products until this purchase.

    Was defective out of the box. I would have expected a better quality product for the price. This is no more than a $20 toaster. I will be returning.
