.....so far, my feed back is it is LOUD! I have used it once by putting in chopped frozen bananas and chopped frozen mangos and the blender seemed to spin and spin and didn't suck the fruit down to chop it up. I had to,stop it and push the fruit down with a spoon. It does pulse by itself but.... I dunno. I need to give it another go. That's why I say I may update this review. What I like...or I should say...why I picked this blender was the easy clean feature i.e. No buttons are sticking up for food or drippings to get stuck down in. Another need to know...the write up says cord storage, w e l l ..........it is not retractable. You have to shove it in to the hole. That's it. For clean freaks.....it's easy to clean and parts are dishwasher safe. Loud, doesn't really pull stuff down to blades as well as I thought or expected it to.

The blender does a good job. Especially the ice chopping feature we use for smoothies. It is a little louder than our old blender. Easy to clean too.

Thought it was smaller and lighter. Not what I expected

I love this smoothie maker. It's sturdy, well made and designed for easy use. It is large enough to make a couple servings at once. I also like the setting specifically for "smoothie" where it varies the speed at one time without manipulation.

....the buttons broke and peeled! I bought this cause I like the flush buttons. I am a clean freak and thought it would be easy for cleaning. After 2 months.... they broke and peeled. Also.... It is EXTREMELY LOUD! I complained and wanted to return it and they didn't want it back. HB had me cut the cord off take a picture and they refunded my money. Glad of that for sure

This is the perfect smoothie blender. I bought another one just in case this model is discontinued.

This blender works awesome. I use it everyday with no issues. My only issue is the lid is hard to snap off.
