"The Point" is great storytelling and wonderful animation populated with the magical music and lyrics of Harry Nilsson. He sings, he narrates and it brings a wonderment to this type of film that can be enjoyed by young and old.

Charming story, wonderful Harry Nilsson soundtrack "Me and My Arrow"- it was originally a children's album created by Harry and then made into this animated film. For young and old, you'll fall in love with this film, or revisit it from your childhood.

Simple animation disguises a terrific tale with a Harry Nilsson soundtrack (it was originally a children's record narrated by Harry). Sparks the imagination and is charming. Take a chance, you will not be disappointed.

I'm delighted to have The Point in Blu-ray ~ a wonderful upgrade to the dvd I've enjoyed for so long! A beautiful remake!

Great family movie, the subject matter is shockingly relevant to the turmoil in our country right now. Everyone should check it out!

It's great to finally have this movie on dvd, but I still hope it makes in onto blu ray eventually.

Good old movie with a unique animation style and story.

I much remember this film from my teenage years. I am a real fan of both Ringo Starr and Harry Nilsson so to have both is a plus. The soundtrack alone is worth the time. ****SPOILER ALERT**** I won't tell the whole plot but if you want to experience it by yourself, look no further. The film tracks Oblio and his dog, Arrow from the time of birth until his banishment to the Pointless Forrest. He learns many lessons while traveling from the denizens of the Forrest. He and Arrow return, teaching those that banished him important life lessons he had learned. The animation is not as sophisticated as The Yellow Submarine, but it is treasured by me just as much.
