One of the most amazing things about Heat is the scale of the film; it is nearly three hours long and packed to bursting with mind-blowing visuals.

It's unusual to see my two favorite actors playout together and deliver Oscar performances in my book.

Heat was a good action movie at the time it was released and has seemed to be more relevant as time goes by, there has been similar bank heists in real life, but at the time it seemed far fetched. I did own the movie digitally already and had completely forgot it was in my digital locker.

Great movie and it's even better on blu-ray. Great quality sound and picture.

Sound is much better (considering the age of the film) but certainly not perfect. The picture is also improved yet not perfect - but that doesn't matter as well. The price of admittance makes this purchase a great deal for an excellent and well crafted film - and I highly recommend picking it up.
