Nice option

Nice Mount

Have to make sure that you buy the right mount sticker for the helmet that you are going to use. There are curved and flat mounts. Let the sticker sit a day before using to make sure you get the best bond. The piece that sticks to the helmet would be very hard to remove so plan on leaving it attached.

Good - Durability Issues

I have the Hero 2 and mounted it looking forward, upside down and it gets a pretty good angle. The mount holds the camera really still and you don't get a ton of bouncing. You can also mount it looking back at you which gives a unique perspective - although I have yet to try that for a full day. Does not do so well with impact - as I fell directly on it and one of the small prongs cracked. However, I do not fault the product for that - it's my own fault there.
