I bought this set as a gift for my eight-year-old nephew. You know how picky those guys are... and tech savvy! He loved it! I was so relieved. It really is pretty cool watching the spiders battle. I would say this set would be perfect for a child aged six through nine. I don't know about the battery life, which seems to be most complaints, but I did buy an extra pack of batteries along with the spider set.

Our kids loved these! They are so fun to watch. My husband even enjoyed them.

My kids and husband LOVED this set! Performs well. Got everyone involved and interested. It was a gift for my 10 year old son who got everyone to play it with him. Glad it came with batteries and extra batteries! Batteries are expensive for this product. It would get 5 stars if it was rechargeable!

Bought this for my 4 and 7 year old. They love it. Battery dies quick. Spiders don't move as quick as I thought it would. Got this on clearance. A lot cheaper than I've seen it at other stores.

Great toy for kids. The only thing that could be better is the instructions (lack there of). The comments on the outside of box were more useful than the small slip of instruction paper.

Bought for my kids, but found them to be fun for adults as well. Now my kids think I bought them for myself , but disguised them as a gift “for them”.

My kids love these bots. They have way more things you can do with them, but are complicated too. But they are fun.

Great toy for teaching about remote control For beginners

Our kids have always liked the Hexbots and these BattleBots didn't disappoint! It takes a bit to understand the pairing process, but once you do...it's a breeze!

PROS pricing for two controllable robots and battle tower was fun for at least an hour CONS batteries already installed was dead, constantly having to pair the controllers each time you use, now sits in the box on shelf, don't waste your money

Was able to play right out of the box. Had to consult the manual for a couple of things, but had lots of fun and happy kids.

I bought these for my kids an they love them. I even like playing with them only down fall is batteries going dead!!
