Excellent product and excellent price. High quality bicycle.

The product was riding great and now the battery is not holding a charge, within 25 mins while riding the battery dies. Tried contacting manufacturer but they only communicate thru email.

Bought the bike for my daughter to go back to school and it broke down just after the 30 day Best Buy return window. I called HeyBike customer service and they requested a video explaining what is wrong with the bike, which I did to the best of my ability. Sent the video in but never got any confirmation they received the video. Had to follow up with a call and it seemed like we had to start all over. HeyBike has not communicated with us and we’ve had to initiate all contact. Bike’s been sitting in my garage since August with no resolution. HeyBike does not respond and seems to be confused when I call. I would strongly recommend people stay away from this bike and work with a reputable bike shop when selecting an E Bike. That way they can help you with any issues. Usually I buy geek squad protection but it’s not available for the HeyBike which should had been a red flag considering Best Buy does not provide technical support for this product.

I have had lots of fun with this bike I like the options it gives for pedal assistance. All in all the bike is great it’s rideable even without the assistance of the motor which I like.

I purchased this bike from Best Buy last week and was initially excited to try it out. After assembling it and bringing it on a camping trip, I discovered it was defective. Despite a full charge, the bike shuts off immediately, indicating a likely wiring or battery issue. I contacted Best Buy right away, only to be told it was “non-returnable.” Unfortunately, I hadn’t seen the numerous negative reviews about this bike on Reddit and even on Best Buy’s own listing—reviews that paint a very consistent picture of major product flaws. It’s hard to believe the positive reviews are genuine given the overwhelming volume of complaints. The manufacturer has been making me jump through endless hoops just to get a replacement battery, turning this into one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Best Buy appears fully aware of these ongoing issues yet continues to sell this product without offering meaningful support. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but this experience has completely eroded my trust. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly encourage others to avoid this bike altogether. I think there is some major ethical concerns that a company like Best Buy would sell a product they know has thousands of negative reviews on the internet and they know is faulty.

An amazing bike and a perfect ride for day to day activities and it’s a very speedy ride all I’m saying is it’s a win win scenario

I just hit 150 miles on the Mars 2.0 and let me tell you that it is the best purchase I have made. Saves me 70$ of gas a week and is just fun to ride. Highly recommend!!!!

This bike is amazing. I use it to travel to and from work every day. I haven’t a single complain about it.

My partner loved his bike. A little difficult to assemble it but it's was worth that the geek squad assemble it for me. I would refer geek squad to others.

The ride is smooth and effortless. Had not been on a bicycle in years and this makes it easier for elderly individuals like myself that still want to exercise.

Excellent bike, built solid. The battery seems to be having issues, but the warranty covered it.

Good bike and works well with charge. If charged overnight it will work fine. I loved the screen. Bike is tall for normal person it seems 5’9 200lbs

This bike is well worth the money and is very well put together. So much fun.

We just bought one of these bikes for Christmas for the whole family to enjoy and it was fun for about two hours until the battery ran out and we tried to charge it realizing then the battery charger doesn’t fit the port to the battery. I tried reaching out to heyBike Support but they haven’t responded in five days. Best Buy also made me sign a restock agreement for a charge of 15% for any returns or exchanges. I then had to go to the great Reddit to ask the community there if they knew how to solve the problem and they sent me a Amazon link for an adapter to the charger. HeyBike has terrible support. They will not help you and they will sell you a bike with the wrong charger so you can’t even use it.  I cannot in good conscience, Recommend this bike to anyone else

Bought for my husband. He is 400lbs and this bike still zips right down the road. Great battery life. Fun durable and a really good bang for your buck!

Battery is defective, it's been over a month of emailing with the manufacturer, they've agreed to send me a new battery but it's out of stock.

I know I’m not winning anything….but I will share my e-bike experience (Heybike) has been great ! This bike will definitely get you out of the House ! Also helped me get my Better Half out & about !
