Such an awesome scooter, it’s a blast riding this around town.

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought mine in January it broke down in 6 months. We are now September and I still haven’t had my issue resolved, Best Buy can’t seem to help with anything, I’m sent over to the manufacturer everytime. The only person I can speak to is the repairs guy. I asked to speak to someone above him, he said, “No” Can I get my money back, he said, “No, the people that make those decisions are in China.” They sent me parts to replace the dashboard and controller; I changed them. Still doesn’t work. Now they want to send me a motor. Absolutely not! So my only option is to send the thing back and they will replace the motor. In the meantime my son’s transportation to class isn’t available. Best Buy is wrong for selling products they are not efficient. I don’t think I’ll be buying anything from Best Buy anymore.

I use it to go to my job that’s like a mile and a half away and so totally worth it

Didnt come with a charger and half the battery was already drained. Contacted support and they said I’ll have to go figure it out in person. I’m riding it to the store so we’ll see how this goes.

Bought this scooter in mid-October as a bday gift for my son. He started using it on his birthday 10/31, and unfortunately, yesterday 11/13, it stopped charging. I emailed the company directly and am waiting for a response. I'm hoping they will make this right. My son was really enjoying his scooter, so I'd like to get this addressed ASAP.

Because my electric scooter was stop working in just 1 month and when I was going in to scooter I was vibrating a lot so I have just returned it on my insurance

Purchased mid-August and already has an error code and won't work. Trying to reach customer service seems nonexistent.

Love this scooter! Easy to carry around, great speed and the battery lasts forever. Would highly recommend! Perfect for heading to class on campus!

This scooter is great! It gets sluggish up a hill, but to be expected. I compared this to the 700watt Segway FSE they sell at Sams ans this kne had much more power up a hill. This one also has a longer footboard than the FSE.

It is only good if you ride on a flat road. It is impossible to ride on it, it is impossible to ride together. If the road goes uphill and I feel it very strongly, any potholes or irregularities, there is not enough power, the speed is less than stated, the battery also lasts less than stated.
