Very useful and reliable. Got me to and from work all summer. The tyres being airless helps a lot because you don’t have to worry about punctures and maintenance. For the price the handling is great and it goes really fast.

I managed to get lucky during a drop and picked this up. Ive used it non stop for work amd going out. I recommend highily. Its fun and easy to use.

I got this scooter for my daughter and another for my wife. It's great for cruising around the neighborhood and hanging out with friends. I was a bit hesitant about getting a scooter for younger kids since they grow so fast. But this one lets me control the speed, so she can grow into it.

I love my scooter! Wish it was waterproof. It is late October and I'm riding it home today! The roads around my city are terrible so it can be a bit rough to ride, but I don't blame the scooter. Brakes are touchy but if you install the app you can modify the way you want. Also, you can change it from kick start to auto, that's what I did. Wouldn't recommend changing this option if you are a first time rider.

I bought this scooter after my car broke down to use as a temporary means of transportation, i mean 19mph 17 mile range was more than plenty. Let me tell ya firstly I live in northen Michigan and it was december when i purchased it, this thing got me to and from work like a dream every day. It was so much fun to ride around in the snow and ice. This scooter can and will handle everything you throw at it.

Well build. very stable and easy to maneuvered. It has good light for visibility and it goes really fast. I totally recommended

We have rode our two scooters everywhere around town and down all the nice trails. Great speed and acceleration.And a long lasting battery!

This was his favorite birthday gift out of everything. He didn’t really enjoy the outside that much until i was trying to figure out a way to get him outside and enjoy the weather/summer. After doing much research I came to the conclusion that this scooter would be a great choice and I was completely right. Now he is going outside almost everyday and actually made more friends in the neighborhood which is good because we just moved out to a new neighborhood almsot a year ago. And when my son is happy it makes me a happy Father. Plus his Mother is happy because she sees me trying as a step parent and knows it can be hard to get through to kids who have step parents but in my eyes he is my son and would do anything to make him happy as well as his mother.

I bought this for my 12 year old son. He loves it! Zips around the neighborhood, on the park trails, etc with his friends! Has a great battery life. Lights for night riding. Dad and I were thinking of getting ones for ourselves too ha!

Easy to set up, fun to use, app is very basic, has good enough range to ride around town for a bit. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants something fun to use but doesn't plan on using it for a commute.

This HiBoy Scooter was phenomenal. I would consider it to be in the Top Five Scooters although my was scooting across town in the rain and it had a mechanical glitch which cause my Son to wreck while crossing a major 6 lane road and the Hiboy Scooter was ran over a large truck. He was carring his new Bible he had recieved for his birthday and a new Iphone that were both destroyed. Praise God my Son was not injured. It happened about 3 weeks ago, June 2025 and think after the trauma has slightly subsided he is ready to get a new HiBoy. I do believe that he could have been hurt much worse but the durability of the Hiboy Scooter guarded him along with God.

I bought my Hiboy scooter last year from Best Buy. I had a problem with the electric brake locking up after the scooter fell over. I emailed Hiboy customer service directly to see if they could help me fix the problem. HiBoy customer service is absolutely THE BEST!! I worked with a Representative, Claire to help me fix the brake problem. She worked with me to help me resolve my issue. It took some time but ultimately Claire solved the issue. I, admittedly, got very frustrated with the problem. Nothing seemed to help. Claire went out of her way to fix the issue! Always emailing me promptly in response to my issues. We finally found a fix to the problem and i have a working scooter again. Much love to Claire and Hiboy customer support!! I love my Hiboy!!
