HiBoy great customer service

We needed to return it under warranty. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. My son's back on the road with his new scooter and he couldn't be happier! This is a company that stands by their product. I would certainly buy from them again in the future.

I have to say i got a great deal and enjoy riding around town with my scooter. Makes short or moderate trips off one charge. Also the speed is pretty good. I usually have to slow down or wait fornothers to catch up.

She rides it every day. The quality is very good. I ordered it in the store and had it delivered to my home. I highly recommend this scooter!

My first scooter

The speed was perfect and not too fast. Easy to control. It was extremely bright at night, like a lighthouse. Extremely bright at night to see.

It's easy to use and the phone app isn't too complicated to use, as these kind of apps sometimes are. Assembly was a breeze and instructions were simple. It rides great with big tires and is great for around town!
