We needed to return it under warranty. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. My son's back on the road with his new scooter and he couldn't be happier! This is a company that stands by their product. I would certainly buy from them again in the future.

First time electric scooter buyer

School is out for the holidays, but they are on them multiple hours a day going around the neighborhood and love them. They are very simple to operate. The only thing I would add is a way to lock out the scooter from the app.

I’m a 43 year old woman, and it gives me the same energy as riding a bike with no hands as a kid!! My first ride was an 8-mile trip with hills, and I still had 40% battery left!!

Perfect commute scooter

No race scooter here. But great for development area or city areas. Battery life is close to advertised but if you hold it wide open/full speed everywhere it will die faster. Same as if you floor your gasoline car, it wont get the advertised mileage. Highly recommend.

Great commute fixing scooter!

Scooter range works out perfect for me, and it's really shortening my commute - 30 minute walk because about 10-15 minutes!
