It is a great scooter and can last for a pretty long time. The only problem is I am getting an error code that sometimes appears when I stop riding for a couple of seconds and I do not know how to fix that.

Good scooter for a cheap price!not too fast but good enough to use going to my work instead of walking.i am still trying to figure out how to modify the speed & removing the limiter to improve the speed.but so far i am loving it.hope this scooter last long!

I have loved this scooter so far, its lightweight but feels sturdy! I also feel safe on this scooter and can tell it is built well. Perfect for around the town and folds super easily.

Grandchildren love them. Easy to assemble and has good power. Good mode of transportation around the horse show grounds.

Decent scooter - is a little bumpy. Other than that it's a decent purchase.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I dont have a car, hence why i bought a scooter. I got a ride from a family member. So that was already a challenge for me to get. Anyway I got the scooter, scooter itself felt sturdy and of good quality but the nightmare began when i tried connecting the scooter to the app. I tried everything, everything one could think of, i even contacted the manufacturer (not bestbuy) and they were not responsive and even took over a day to respond with instructions on how to fix connectivity issues. But nothing worked, i tried it on 3 phones and nothing. So i had to figure out a way to take it back to bestbuy which was another challenge. Once there after all the hassle, i decided not to get another one but just to completely just change the brand. Never do i wanna deal with this brand. I got the hiboy s2 and so far so good, would recommend.

This scooter seemed great at first. But after 1 day of minimal use (2 miles) the battery was half drained. First i noticed that the bell failed after one use. Then after 15 minutes of charging, in 80 degree weather the charger box was boiling hot. I got mild burns from touching it. I am going to return ut tomorrow. If you look, most of the reviews are incentized. This is an honest review. I received this item as a gift. Maybe my scooter was one defective and most are ok. But i dont know what to think really scary

Battery life could be longer. but it is quick and reliable.

I'm around 210 so didnt expect to get the 17 mile range but after not even 7 miles I was down to one bar for battery. Slow not great on hills and the small solid tire with no suspension up front telegraph every tiny bump really hard to ride because of it. I found it unrideable and pretty much useless as far as range. Brought it back shelled out the extra cash for the Segway Max which I haven't had a chance to ride yet but seems like night and day.

Is this the Hiboy s2 pro? For the peice of 299$?....
