The scooter is very smooth. I'm a 5feet tall women and it works perfectly with my height. I only need to charge it every two-three days and also ran well during the rains.

Overall this is a great electric scooter. I been using it for a while now and it’s been working smoothly. I recommend this item for people who want to but an electric scooter. I been advertising this to my friends as they seen me use it. Im also debating to buy a new one, its really fast and easy to use.

I have two of these Hiboy scooters and an E bike for these products are the best I’ve ever tried for the price. I’ve had other brands more expensive and do not provide the value and quality of Hiboy. They have the good stuff for a low price.

Snagged this during a sale been using it to ride casually to my job and back. The scooter itself is a solid piece with some Q.O.L issues. 1: the braking is very quirky, the handle brake will straight up launch you off with the slightest tug and the switch brake takes some mastery to brake accurately 2: the power button is sticky and slightly off centered ( doesn't affect performance but doesn't make the scooter look good ) 3: there is an audible whine with the wheels when riding but I've seen no affect to performance from this if you happen to be annoyed but constant buzzing sounds Very solid purchase I only wish that the battery was a bit better for what this thing normally retails for compared to its pro version, the additional features are also nice that you can connect from the app its comes equipped with a front light that also happens to light up the scooter around it making it a good night rider

I got mine yesterday and I can absolutely say this is a wonderful scooter for first time. It goes 19 mph good for getting around town or back-and-forth to work It is a game changer. I highly recommend you get you one.

Personally the scooter is good for beginner. I will say that If something needs to be replaced then you will need to keep in mind of repair shops near you because the motherboard is completely solemnized and you can't just buy a replacement from the manufacture and put it on yourself so I would say someone who likes to ride on the edge I would get the Pro.

This scooter is a sturdy build and I used it daily for my college commute even in rain the tires were not slippery.

My grandson is 14 and 105 lbs. He loves this scooter. It has good speed, brakes, night lights (great feature), and quick recharge. I'm not sure of quality, just purchased in August 2025. Highly recommend.
