Excellent product! Totally value for money! Super easy to assemble. Charge stays for very long even if you don't ride the bike for couple weeks. Speed, breaking is great and decent for riding on moderate elevation. We got 2 bikes in a heartbeat - simple love it!

I had a car run a red light and didnt event slam the brakes I tapped them. The scooter launched me off of it fortuantely next to the car not under it.

The battery life delivers close to the advertised range, typically around 12–15 miles per charge, and the brakes, headlights, and taillights all perform reliably. While the ride is smooth on flat surfaces, the solid tires and limited suspension make rough roads a bit uncomfortable, and the app connection can be inconsistent at times. Overall, it’s a dependable, well-built scooter that offers good value for the price, especially if you mostly ride on smooth pavement.

Great product at great price. It goes 19 MPH. None of the scooters at this price do that. This is a commuter scooter for me. From home to train station daily. 2 miles each way. its durable. Since I am a long time daily user, 6 months, I can provide long time user perspective. I like that the Hiboy is front wheel drive. I think that prevents accidents like skids when the rear wheel is pushing and the front wheel might lose grip. Because it’s front wheel, less chance of skid, maybe… It works for me. The battery went from 100 percent to 48 percent each day for about the first 4 months. The battery might have degraded a bit, now for the same distance, the battery drops to 42 percent. When the battery drops below 50 percent, there is less acceleration. It still gets to 19MPH, but it does not get there as quick on my return trip home. For this reason, I charge daily, even though I have been able to make 3 runs trips without charging or working about a dead battery. I needed to put WD40 in the rear wheel after about 3 months to get rid of squeaking. eating. WD40 fixes that easily. The handle bar of the scooter gets a little lose at times and I need to tighten it, but that’s not very often. I have tightened the handle bar 2x in 6 months. Even when loss, the handle bar has no chance of coming off. Okay, that’s a long term review. I am providing detail from long term daily use. Despite everything that I said, this was the best investment that I made for commuting daily. For the price and use, it’s the perfect first time scooter. While I would imagine that I will eventually need a new scooter in the future, the only thing extra I would be looking for in a new scooter is consistent acceleration on both legs of my trip to and from the train station. But, I would not go for a scooter that is faster. If I got a scooter that went faster, I would probably limit the max speed to 20MPH, because I know myself, if I get something faster, I’d do something stupid and injure myself. One more thing, because I lock this scooter at the train station, it’s low price, the scooter is not something I worry about, even if someone stole it. The scooter is locked when I leave it. But no one will steal the scooter because it’s not high end. One more thing, at the train station, the scooter is locked indoors. I have no information about how this scooter will operate if left in the elements. When it rains, I drive. But this scooter saves me a $15 parking fee each day. It been paying for itself over an over again. If and when I do need another scooter, It’s entirely possible that I would buy the same one again.

You get so much value for this price. The motor is powerful, offering smooth acceleration and handling inclines well. Battery life is impressive, covering a good distance on a single charge. The build quality feels sturdy, with a comfortable ride, however suspension could be a little bit better. Lights are bright, brakes are responsive. For the price, this e-scooter delivers.

Great quality does up to 19 mph has cruise control underglow lights headlight break light that works with both breaks. All around great product I enjoy it for a fast commute. Have even been off road.

This scooter has been great. It’s smooth, comfortable, and easy to handle. The battery lasts a good amount of time and doesn’t take long to recharge. I use it almost every day and it hasn’t given me any problems. It feels sturdy, rides well over bumps, and is perfect for quick trips. Honestly, it makes life easier and I’d recommend it to anyone.

It's durable. It goes 19 mph max. It has two modes . Brakes work really well. Easy to put together. Heavy though when I have to fold and carry. But it's very helpful with my commutes over Sacramento. The max miles it goes on a charge is about 10 miles before it dies. But I love it. The platform is big enough to fit me and my seven year old on when we go for rides through the park.

Excellent choice in learning how to ride an electric scooter. It is not the same as an electric bike, but if you don't feel comfortable on bikes (like me), this is a great option. Works very well on smooth grounds, but has no problem staying stable on rough terrain. Charge lasts well on normal mode, but speed mode is a blast. Don't forget to buy a lock and chain to keep your scooter safe. Foldable, can be put in a car's trunk. Easy instructions.

I’ve been using this electric scooter for a while now, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. It has everything I was looking for: long battery life, impressive speed, and excellent handling and mobility. Riding it feels smooth and responsive. That said, there are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. The scooter is heavier and bulkier than many standard electric models, which can make it less convenient to carry or store in tight spaces. However, considering I got it at a discounted price, I believe it offers great value for the money. If performance is your priority and you don’t mind the extra size, this scooter is definitely worth it.

Got one for both my 10 & 11 year old for Christmas. They are so happy with them. Its a little big and heavy for my 10 year old, so it took her a day to get comfortable with the weight and height of handle bar (not adjustable). But she has been a scooter whiz since she was 4 so she quickly adjusted to the balance. The lights are great for riding at dusk, helmets are essential as they go quite fast and breaks are sensitive. Its good they work but squeeze to quick and your flying. My husband and I are also able to enjoy the scooters. We are happy with the battery life. Product feels quality made and durable. Would definitely recommend. Price point is right for what you get.

It was a spur of the moment purchase, that has turned into many adventures. Easy to travel through our neighborhood, to restaurants, and travel to friends. 19MPH does not seem like much until you are going that speed. The charge holds really well. We were able to ride 6 miles, after 6 miles, it was still half charged. If you are thinking of purchasing one, this one is a good choice!
