Im a water drinker but i fill mines up with ice and carry a gallon of water to work with me daily and drink the whole gallon repouring it over the ice all day.

Was happy the app connected to my FitBit, but it's more trouble then I want to keep up with. I just use as a regular water bottle.

It's the perfect gift i brought for my nephew since he has to drink alot of water because of his sickle cell.
