The new one I received does not work any better. The keyboard does not work and it seems to loose it charge within 3 to 4 hours. I did call you this afternoon to see if I had any options the rep told me that because I was out of the fifteen day period best buy could not help me he did refer me to the manufacture because it has a years warranty and they were even less helpful in my opinion.

I find myself having to turn the keyboard off & on then waiting for the widget to get bright again to make a connection. Also, I have not been able to get a user's manual or any response from the manufacturer's site.
