||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV on Black Friday. The picture was very good! However, the Speakers were terrible. But the biggest issue that I experienced was that it would kick back to the main screen every 30ish minutes. I went through the setting and etc and nothing was set to cause this. Took this tv and exchanged it for a brand with the ROKU OS which has been a much better experience. Also, when I took the tv out of the box it had tape all over the screen that was very hard to peel off and that caused all kinds of fingerprints on the screen day 1.

When watching a show on Netflix it stops after an hour and has to be restarted. Not sure where the glitch is. Also the sound will go out when the next episode starts. Again need to stop and restart.

Trading for a TCL

It take too long to respond by they you have already hit the button several times and tried other buttons. No not the brand new batteries I kept trying nor making sure I PAIRED the remote again and again. Its just terrible compared to the TCL I bought. I am taking this back and trading it in for something else yes a TCL. Get it fixed HISENSE.

I went back to the store with issues on the sound, I set it and in a few minutes it will increase on its own. On Super Bowl night it was you would set the volume and it would decrease. The store said it would have a Geek Squad contact me, I have not heard from them. The purchase I am talking about is the 65 inch with sound bar. The Hisense was an earlier purchase. Thanks Jim

It won’t stay on a feature. It keeps going back to the home screen. Will be returning in a few days.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
