Just bought this TV for my son, opting for it with size for value. It has built in android TV which unless it's doing an update seems to have a delay. Not a deal breaker but noticeably slower than our Sony android based smart tv. Picture quality is decent, 60hz refresh rate with the motion 120. But for my 8 year old, it suits it's purpose. Light weight, slim, plug in and go.

My 16 year needed a TV for her room to play her switch. She loves her new TV. It works so well for her and she is so happy with not having to use a roku or firestick. I am pleased with my purchase and Best Buy's pick up service was the BEST!

good smart tv for the price. app loading time is kind of lagging. also sometimes input mode switching occurs if you have other peripherals connected like a video game console, or other things like that. dont know if thats a firmware or software issue within the tv or not. other than that a nice tv that performs well at a very reduced price.

Overall great value and features not found in similarly priced items. Hisense USA customer service is most likely overwhelmed by the holiday so I have been waiting a couple days on an information request.

Biggest mistake i ever made purchasing this. The picture is fine but it keeps jumping to the main menu with no input from the remote. Hisense customer service was worthless. They kept making me feel i was imagining this problem. I've just had to learn to live with it.

Was promised next day delivery & got the TV 3-4 days later. The TV worked fine but my issue was when I was told the item would not arrive at the promised time I tried to change the address to the person it was going to 2 blocks away & the price & delivery date changed. Tried to pick up in store & that did not work. Not having good luck with BesBuy's delivery but I am hopeful things will change.

Never buy a 'Google' tv. I have had issues with this tv up until I finally gave up and put it right back in the box it came in about 6 months ago. It was cheap but I definitely learned my lesson. As mom used to say "You get what you pay for"
