Very Disappointed – TV Won’t Stay On and No Help

The TV started having issues almost immediately — it won’t stay on and constantly shuts off by itself. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. What’s even more frustrating is that I went to Best Buy to request a replacement or repair, and they refused to help me. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, even though the product is still very new. I feel completely let down as a customer. I trusted Best Buy to stand behind the products they sell, but clearly, that’s not the case here. I won’t be buying electronics from Best Buy again if this is how they treat loyal customers.

Bang for ya buck

However the software on the television sucks and its very glitchy and lags alot when using any of the streaming services and apps.

Piece of Junk

Stii waiting on two Tv's
