I got Open box Excellent version, Curbside pickup, they put it in my trunk, I went home and discovered all parts were missing even manual, I still tried to work with it, I used my own cable and chromecast , screen was broken, I went back to the same store to return it, I didn't appreciate the way Bestbuy treated me while trying to return this

I paid for four TV's and only received 2 still waiting on the other two. Been rescheduled two times as of now. Still don't have a delivery date

Quality design issue

Bought this tv in September. Seemed like a good buy at the time. Fast forward to December and the tv is has some kind of internal damage. The screen is glitching with multiple colored lines. Meanwhile, it has never been touched and has no physical damages.
