Did my research on the Hisense U6G 55" tv. The picture was outstanding and the sound was up to par with my Samsung that it replaced. 3 days after I watched shows and programs on this Hisense I decided to set up the Smart TV functions. I AM NOT an IT person so I called comcast my tv carrier to assist mel in setting the tv up. We received an error message that Hisense and comcast can not be set up and I asked Comcast about my issue. There reply was "I don't know" The asked me to called Hisense and they also were not able to help me set the tv up. Had to return (regretfully) the television Best Buy. The return went very smoothly and had no problems. Really was sorry to return this television. Received 2-3 recommendations by Best Buy associates. Went home ran comparisons with the new suggestions but found that none of these televisions offered and was as good as the Hisense.

Good quality, look and finish. Overall works very well. Interface seems more difficult than our Samsung. Very good picture and has lots of applications/options. Geared toward Android/Google users.

Fantastic picture quality for price. Andriod TV can be a little cluncky but its much better than any roku or other smart tv set up. Easy to set up and start watching.

The tv is stunning for the price, interactive screen is simple and responsive. The only gripe I have with it is the remote control. Really wish it lit up as it can be hard to see when viewing at night.

Great video quality for the price! The color on this TV pops and is worth the extra you pay for this over the lowest priced TV's. Sub $400 for a set that has FALD (full array local dimming). Rtings rates this TV very highly

For the price this TV is super solid. Don’t expect the moon. I got it for a bedroom and it’s great. Some clouding on the edges blacks aren’t perfect but it’s still really good TV gets pretty bright decent for day viewing. Not much else to say I’m happy with the purchase.

After purchasing a Hisense H9G, I was completely sold on the Hisense brand for my next TV purchase. My mother's 10 yr old LCD tv was due for a replacement, so back to Best Buy I went to see what new offerings Hisense had for 2021. Again, awesome reviews for the new U6G line, so I put my faith yet again in the brand. After getting it home and set up, Hisense dis not disappoint! Crisp picture with inky darks and vibrant colors due to the quantum dot backlighting really make this tv stand out amongst the others in the same price category. User interface is also very intuitive and easy to navigate which was important since this was for my less tech savvy mother. Again, Hisense knocks it out of the park!

Dollar for dollar, and feature for feature, I think this is one of the better if not outright best buys(pun intended) on the market. After talking with several Best Buy reps, they seem to think so too, particularly at this price point for the size of the television. The picture is absolutely crystal clear, as you expect from a 4K TV, and the audio is very good, as well, which you don’t always expect. In fact, I am not even using the sound bar that I purchased previously, also from Best Buy of course. LOL. All in all, we are very satisfied, and I don’t think you can go wrong with this particular unit.

This tv is great and an awesome deal. I had a difficult time choosing between this and a name brand like Samsung or LG but im happy with my choice and would do it again. The picture and colors are very good. I exchanged this tv for the 65 inch but think the picture quality is slightly better on the 55 inch. My only complaint is about an issue with the audio. It sounds good on everything except HBO and Disney+ I dont know why but it sounds canned. I did some research online and played around with the settings but couldnt fix it. Its a known issue and the suggestion I found was to buy a soundbar. Buying a soundbar fixed it. I considered using the additional money for a soundbar to exchange the tv for a Sony but decided to stick with this and happy I did so. Maybe I shouldve rated this tv a 4 star because of the issue but I didnt mind buying the soundbar its made movies more enjoyable.

Absolutely love this TV! The picture quality is phenomenal. Only thing I would suggest is that the main home screen could be completely customizable to suit my house hold. You can customize the home screen to a point. Superuser friendly.

This is an excellent product. The quality is excellent, Technology is also excellent as well as the price. It is extremely easy to cast tv, movies, and on demand programs from your computer or android cell phone to the television set and what on the big screen.

Picture quality is good. Has great color which was first thing I noticed. I have had Hisense tvs before and this one has much better sound. Has a lot of nice features and it's runs really smooth.

Great picture at a fraction of a cost to my previous Sony XBR Bravia purchases. Android TV works great and remote navigation is okay with sometimes needing to press again for selected option.

Bought this for our From Santa Item we had a 50 inch for years but had room for a 55 inch and we are so happy with my purchase. Colors are nice and bright and great sound we did not need sound bar as I almost bought also.

Very good color. Remote is a bit complex for my wife, would rather have something simple like TCL Roku in the same price range. The Hisense screen is a better TV than the TCL though. I don't use the built-in speakers.

Great TV for the price. This is a great mid range TV that's comparable to similar TCL models. The price was good, tv has good colors and contrast. Sound range and volume are good as well. Best Buy did a great job delivering the TV.

Great TV! Super easy to set up and to use. Love the Google platform and voice search option. Good quality picture. We were also surprised by the sound quality.

This TV is legit. I only learned of Hisense during the Euro Cup, but it does not disappoint. It is easy to use and has access to more apps than most TVs. The picture is better than expected for this price range.

Great TV. Android works great and holds the Wi-Fi signal perfectly. The picture is a great as any of my other 6 TVs for less money. The TV is in the garage and it's bright enough to overcome the sunlight.
