I ordered this TV not knowing it was a prime tv. Im not a fan of prime. I miss my Samsung tv so I’ll probably switch back and give this one to one of the kids. I don’t like how the Home Screen is centered on prime

The product was a gift for a business partner, unfortunately, the item was defective. It only shows lines on the screen. Now, it's a hassle bringing it back to the store to have it replaced. You put me in a very bad situation with my business partner.

Can't support my headphomes--had to buy new headphones which are inferior to mine----unable to sync up the volume control on my remote to my old volume control--very unhappy overall--went to store ot buy insignia anf you were out of what I wanted---settled on Hisense because of reviews--made a mistake.
