Good tv for the price and including 3 year warranty is awesome. But after setting up i had faced many network connection issues in fire tv interface. So not advisable.

Quality Control Issues and Defective Sensors

The picture is ok but with somewhat poor contrast and viewing angles- not unexpected for the price. It worked fine for about 2 months. However, the TV internal IR sensor broke 2 months in, and neither the factory remote or a replacement remote can work with it. Confirmed with the manufacturer that there is no way to factory reset the TV without a working remote, which is surprising, and that technicians will need to service the TV. First time ever having a quality control issues with a brand new TV (never had an issue with our LG TVs). Even with my best buy plus, given it broke just outside the return window they kicked the can to the manufacturer, and we are awaiting a technician to come fix our TV after 60 minutes on the line with Hisense’s warranty team. Would recommend staying away from this TV unless you want to potentially deal with similar headaches.

Fairly good tv especially for the price. There is some issues with pixelation in dark/black scenes. You have to reduce brightness and adjust settings a bit to remove pixelation.

So far, so good. Love the Hisense 4K HD TV. Assistance at the store pickup was well oiled. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This TV is entirely too fragile. It broke within eight weeks. I’m not entirely sure how it broke, but there nothing that the manufacturer or Best Buy will do as they think the screen has been damaged. It’s been damaged without my knowledge if it has been damaged. So within two months, I have an unusable TV.

Good size but the picture quality in my opinion is sub par. I actually returned it and upgraded to another Hisense more expensive, happy with my new one

This TV was a disappointment for sure. I would not recommend for the price of $350 I guess go for it but it's not my cup of tea

purchased and picked up from store, got it home unboxed, set up and turned on only to find that screen defective, a lot of work to rebox and then drive all the way back to return. switched to LG and haven't had any issues so far.
