It had a spot on the inside of the outer glass. Probably a tech who touched the screen with bare hands. The lower-left corner had some light/clouding. I sent it back.
The operating system was good, all the apps worked well. The picture resolution looked good, it was just the build quality and the light bleeding/cloudiness that ruined it for me.

This is not a typical issue with our units and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please perform a factory reset on the unit. To perform a factory reset, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset, and then highlight Factory reset everything. Read the information on the screen to make sure you understand what this reset operation does. To proceed with the full factory reset, use the on-screen number pad to enter the code displayed on the screen, and then select OK to proceed. When the factory reset operation completes, the TV restarts and displays the first Guided Setup screen. It is not as user-friendly as I would like. Adding on apps is very difficult. I try to exchange it for a Samsung 65 inch frame TV but I did not have a way to take the TV off my wall and return it. Very frustrating.

Great TV with a Picture soooo GOOD that it left me speechless. The speakers may require a soundbar if you are big on that but for me it is fine. Very easy to interact with both the Roku remote and my Verizon Fios remote. Love the features... I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 phone and I hit the "Smartview" in settings on my phone and "Wa La"...the mirror casting came up on the TV without me hitting any TV buttons (Roku has no Facebook App so you have to Mirror-Cast). The list goes on and I am a senior citizen with very little tech background. A VERY GOOD BUY!!

Just got this TV yesterday, but so far couldn't be happier.
I know there are better products with better pictures, wider viewing angles, no 'dirty screen effect' or haloing, true 120 motion, etc. But for the money I think this is the best value out there. On sale I paid $569, which is less than half what I paid for each of my three prior family room TV's -- a 36" Toshiba CRT, a 50 inch Sony rear projection model and a 50" HD SONY LCD.
My first impression is that 4K HDR content is phenomenal. The colors were lifelike with minimal fiddling, and even the middle brightness setting is really bright. I connected it to a brand new Samsung Q70 sound bar and both DTS and Dolby Atmos worked flawlessly. The only issue was that the video and sound weren't perfectly synced, but I was able to correct that on the sound bar. Older content (streaming 80's TV shows from Hulu) does look a little grainy but I'm not faulting the TV for that. I turned on a college basketball game and motion was very smooth.
Build quality is good, and I really like that this TV has Roku built in. I use a Roku stick on my bedroom TV so I had zero learning curve.
I mounted the TV on the wall, and this is where I have my only nitpick. The TV mounts are on the lower half of the set, and aren't flush with each other or a curved section along the bottom of the TV (requiring different spacers for the top two mounting holes than the bottom two, and requiring that the mounting brackets stick out a bit to clear the bottom of the casing). I spent about half an hour mixing and matching spacers until I found a combination that worked. It's the sort of part I wish they'd include on sets with that style of back. I can't imagine it would cost the manufacturer more than a penny or two, but would save a lot of aggravation and be more secure (than having to stack multiple spacers for each mounting hole).
That aside I did get it installed and am loving it. My first Hisense TV, and at this point likely to not be my last.
