I bought this TV 3 times. On the first one, HDMI #2 did not work. I tried different cables and different sources and still no luck. I returned TV#1 and ordered a second one. The 2nd TV had a small scratch in the top left corner. I have 3rd on order so we shall see how this one is. The Art function works well. The picture quality watching TV is just ok. If you are looking for an outstanding picture, buy a normal OLED or QLED TV. I chose the Hisense over the Samsung frame because of price and also I am not a fan of the wireless one connect box. I prefer to hardwire my sources to the TV. Instead of a wireless 4K stream. I am however a fan of Samsung TV’s, the sound quality of Hisense is just ok. It does the job but if you want home theater sound, at minimum get a soundbar. I have an older Denon and connected the TV to the receiver using an optical cable. I mainly listen thru the TV speakers for everyday use but have flexibility to use my home theater speakers when I want to. My big gripe here are the QC issues by Hisense. This is why the 2 stars. A Best Buy rep told me manufacturers are rushing the QC step to get product to market before tariffs go into effect. I am going to see how this 3rd TV goes when it arrives on 10/9/25. If things don’t go well, I may scrap this whole “art tv” thing.

Best picture fir a canvas tv. This was a Christmas gift for the family and we installed it over the fireplace. Absolutely no glare and perfect picture quality. Can be seen from all angles of a large room. The south quality is also very good.

Better than the other brand. UI is so much better than the other brand. Get this instead.

This is the best! And such a great deal compared to Frame. Have had for over a year and highly recommend.

Great picture! This is my first Hisense TV and I am quite pleased with the picture and sound quality. Love the art work and the fact that you do not have to pay a subscription fee for the art work like Samsung does.

Great TV, beautiful on the wall, my only issue is with the angle/sun light. From my kitchen, with the angle of the TV laying flat on my wall, and the sunlight coming in from my window makes it extremely hard to see the picture.

Love that it comes with a thin wall mount. This is my first tv that wasnt a samsung. So far so good, still trying to figure out if the picture quality is “off” due to the lighting in my bedroom or if its the actual tv. Probably will stick to samsung moving forward.

Awesome TV! Love the slim profile and the matte screen. Super clear and bright. The canvas features are awesome too. All in one system and no need for extra wires to make it all work. I bought two they are so good!

For the price point, it's a solid competitor to the Samsung frame. Looks great on the wall, and looks like a picture.

This Tv is the best investment, is beautiful, elegant, everyone came my house always said something positive about my tv, the graphics are amazing. I'm falling in love with my tv.

This is such an amazing TV for the price! We contemplated between the Samsung and Hisense and for the price and the fact we didn’t have to pay for the “wood frame” we were sold on it!

Great picture and art mode options. This tv also has great sound. It was great compared to the Frame tv due to it not having the big box that has to be hidden in furniture.

Hisense 65 TV is FREAKING AWESOME. Great picture. The art mode is Outstanding. FIVE STARS FOR THE TV. Best Buy delivery and Geek/UP CHARGE Squad is horrible. Took the day off and at 4pm before it should have been delivered it was delayed a week. They did not give me money back to ease the delay. Then I told them to schedule a specific time since I burned a day off and they did not adhere. Again nothing to ease the relationship. I had to pay MORE for them to hang it and they could not hide wires in the wall like store clerk said they could. HORRIBLE service. Nice people but WAY OVER PRICED. Get the TV- GREAT DEAL. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD and expect the delivery date to change last minute with no regard to the consumer. Go somewhere else and have them match offer. Best Buy does not care about customer just $$$$

Overall really like the Hisense canvass. It truly looks like a piece of art is hanging on the wall vs a TV. The only slight negative is the sounds from TV is not the best. It’s ok but would recommend a surround sound system to pair w it.

The TV has been so far so good, all of the UI is intuitive and clean. All of the functions work great, and the matte screen makes the art mode awesome. Highly recommend!

Beautiful tv. . Art mode is very cool. We have YouTube TV and this TV is perfect for it. I see no reason not to highlyrecommend this.

Everything was as many of the other 5-star reviewers said! Brilliant picture, beautiful frame and mounting system and the preloaded pictures are stunning.
