Amazing! Was easy to hang since it did not have a box like the FrameTV. There is ton's of art work to choose from. And the Google interface is easy with all the apps.

I Got it for my living room and not regretting it. Little pricey if you are just aiming for a tv. But worth it as it fulfill both purposes i.e deco/art with tv.

We purchased the Hisense Canvas and Samsung Frame at the same time. The Samsung’s picture quality is so much better and navigating through apps is much easier. While the Hisense art is “free” it is mediocre in comparison.

I will say, I do enjoy the matte screen and the Art Mode—those are well done.
However, this TV is listed as having AMD FreeSync and the ability to run at 144Hz. That’s simply not true. You can only go above 60Hz if you downscale the resolution to 1080p.
On all my other TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), when they advertise 120Hz or higher, it just works—no need to downscale the resolution to get there.
This is a gamer’s review, FYI. Most people won’t notice this and will enjoy 4K at 60Hz for movies or regular use. But don’t falsely advertise your product as an AMD FreeSync, high-refresh-rate gaming screen—because point blank, it’s not.
If you’re playing on Xbox Series X and want 4K, you’re stuck at 60Hz. (No, it’s not my HDMI cable—I run 120Hz at 4K on all my other TVs using the same Xbox and the same cable.)
And if you switch to 1080p for higher frame rates, the image quality becomes noticeably blurry and hard to see.
I don’t care if your product can’t handle 120Hz at its native resolution. But don’t advertise that it can, and then screw over your customers when they buy your TV specifically for gaming.

Image glitch and sound defects

I did so much research and this truly looked like the second best option after the Samsung but the sound was a HUGE FLAW.
It it also flickered and glitches during the art mode.
Don’t recommend this TV unless it’s a flaw to the one we got only and not for the model in general. Curious to see everyone’s experience with this TV.
I’ve had it for 6 months now.

bad condition even for an open box

It was an open box item and the tv frame was cracked on the side and it short a remote and the tv mount.

Product is overall well functioning. A couple apps have issues such as paramount +. Some titles won’t play so have to air play them.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. They never showed up to hang my Tv. I was charged and have made numerous calls and no one can help. It is truly pathetic the way I have been treated
