This is such an amazing TV for the price! We contemplated between the Samsung and Hisense and for the price and the fact we didn’t have to pay for the “wood frame” we were sold on it!

Great picture and art mode options. This tv also has great sound. It was great compared to the Frame tv due to it not having the big box that has to be hidden in furniture.

Overall really like the Hisense canvass. It truly looks like a piece of art is hanging on the wall vs a TV. The only slight negative is the sounds from TV is not the best. It’s ok but would recommend a surround sound system to pair w it.

Purchased from the Warwick RI store. Was not contacted by any Best Buy home theater sales rep when I purchased. I had to go to the check out to ask for help and have tv brought up. No one was available to answer questions. TV is beautiful tho.

The TV has been so far so good, all of the UI is intuitive and clean. All of the functions work great, and the matte screen makes the art mode awesome. Highly recommend!

Hisense 65 TV is FREAKING AWESOME. Great picture. The art mode is Outstanding. FIVE STARS FOR THE TV.
Best Buy delivery and Geek/UP CHARGE Squad is horrible. Took the day off and at 4pm before it should have been delivered it was delayed a week. They did not give me money back to ease the delay. Then I told them to schedule a specific time since I burned a day off and they did not adhere. Again nothing to ease the relationship. I had to pay MORE for them to hang it and they could not hide wires in the wall like store clerk said they could. HORRIBLE service. Nice people but WAY OVER PRICED.
Get the TV- GREAT DEAL.
DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD and expect the delivery date to change last minute with no regard to the consumer. Go somewhere else and have them match offer. Best Buy does not care about customer just $$$$

Beautiful tv. . Art mode is very cool. We have YouTube TV and this TV is perfect for it. I see no reason not to highlyrecommend this.

Love the TV looks amazing. Only little flaw is from time to time the volume doesn’t work. I have had to turn the tv off and restart it. Other than that great buy vs the Samsung that cost almost double

I'm finding that the TV contrast/color settings are very difficult and confusing to tune. Contrast/Brightness/Gamma/etc., and the optimal settings vary wildly depending on the streaming app being used (YouTube TV, Peacock, Prime). I can get one show looking great and then another one looks terrible (too bright, too dark). The TV processor is extremely underpowered/slow. Auto backlight/auto brightness/auto contrast/auto color, they all have issues of overcorrecting or responding to scene changes too slowly.
