    We were looking for a cheap humidifier and were willing to sacrifice quality price but we didn't have to sacrifice at all! humidifier does exactly what we need in our basement and it's a perfect size. very happy with purchase!

    I bought this to replace a four year old failed one (a different brand) about two months ago. It is working well and quickly brought my basement humidity down from 68% to 52%, then to 50%. I have it set on auto dry and it shuts off at 48-50%. We have a dog bath near it and yesterday, after bathing two large dogs, it quickly dropped the humidity in the area down from 58 to 50% and dried the concrete floor. I use a drain hose an not the bucket. I did buy the Geek Squad four year warranty.

    Works great had the previous model for a few years compressor was going out this one in and within 10 min humidity went from 80 to 45

    Although this product shows up when using the "with pump" filter, this dehumidifier DOES NOT have a pump! Best Buy, update your filters!!!
