Hisense 85" Mini Led Fire TV First thought, this TV is BIG and heavy. You will need two people to move it around. After unboxing and installing the stand brackets (very simple to install and easily removed for a wall bracket) we moved it onto a credenza for a temporary home. The width of the stand brackets is 62" wide. The initial setup - Plug in your input source into one of 4 HDMI inputs, attach the power plug and follow the simple on screen instructions to continue the easy setup. Very quick and easy, after a short 5 min software update you are ready to go. The initial burst of color on the massive 85" inch is extraordinary. The colors were bright and the black was very deep with terrific contrast. The initial screen of the company logo looked great and led to the onscreen setup of the Fire TV operating system. At this point my focus shifted to the small compact remote control. Very simple and easily learned. You can do most things by using Alexa and voice commands. You can of course do it the old fashion way by using the manual control buttons. There are only 14 buttons not including the 4 direct streaming channels, Prime, Netflix, Disney and Amazon Music. If you are only streaming, you can download and install all of the standard big streamers or choose from hundreds of other channels. To switch back to cable input, I found 3 ways to switch back to HDMI input so far, very intuitive. The basic sound is very good, I have not yet hooked it up to my home theater yet. The wireless or wired hookup to the internet is also very simple and intuitive' The included Quick Setup Guide is a fast read and very easy to understand. The operating system really does almost everything on its own. Finally, the picture is better than the expensive brand I am replacing. The Mini Leds seem to make a much more attractive picture than I had ever seen before. The details are amazingly clear and sharp. I will eventually be putting this up on a wall bracket soon, but for now I am enjoying the best large screen TV I have ever had. My know it all kids fully agree!

Bought this for my bedroom and it is a monster of a tv. It truly feels like an in-home cinema. Setup was easy however I did have an issue. My remote did not want to connect to the tv. The remote was able to control the volume, power, and directional buttons but the TV was stuck on “tap the home button to sync remote”. I had to spend about 20 minutes figuring out how to pair, including unmounting the tv and plugging in my router via Ethernet so the tv could receive an update and be able to connect to the remote. I saw some people suggest resetting the remote via home, menu, and left button but that didn’t work. Others said to disconnect the tv but that didn’t work either. Apart from that, my other issue is how sensitive the light sensor is. There’s a feature that allows the tv to adjust its brightness based on the light in the room. I found it being much to sudden in a controlled dark room. The tv would dim based on the brightness of its own screen. These two things are small nits of the tv which are both easily fixable. I never had another issue with the remote and turning off auto brightness fixed the second issue. The picture is fantastic, the sound is amazing and my walls shake from the bass and strength of the speakers. It’s also extremely bright. This would no doubt do great in rooms that get a lot of light. The refresh rate is also amazing. I use the tv for gaming and have absolutely no issues with the frame rate. It truly is a tv that can handle all.

I recently purchased the Hisense 85U6QF, and it has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and excellent brightness that make both movies and sports look incredible. The 85-inch size truly transforms my living room into a home theater. The Google TV interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and voice control makes finding content a breeze. The new Hisense 85" Class U6 Series MiniLED QLED UHD 4K HDR Smart Fire TV is absolutely amazing! The delivery from Best Buy was smooth and professional. The guys brought the box inside and placed it where I needed it. The pictures on top of the box were very helpful and made easy to open the box and remove the tv. You definitely need at least 2 people to move this huge tv to a safe area to attach the stand. The stand was super easy and took all of 2 minutes to put on. Once you turn on the tv, the set up was a breeze. It was self-explanatory and kept you moving to the next step. The only thing that took some time was downloading and signing in to all of my paid apps. We have watched many shows and sports on this 85" Hisense tv, and the picture is flawless. Watching movies and football in 4k is incredible. No need to buy football tickets when you can feel like you are there. This tv is way brighter and crisper than my previous television. I really love the voice control feature with Alexa. I am able to easily navigate to apps and even set reminders and check football scores. This big Hisense 85" tv is a great center piece to the house. Everyone who walks in our house is automatically drawn to it. We have seating in every corner of the living room and yet all angles have a perfect view. I just purchased a mount so we can place it on our wall. We are super excited to watch our weekend football on it. I would highly recommend this television.

Wow. What a difference a few years of technology makes. This TV replaced a 65 inch we bought back in 2019. And the picture is literally night and day. In that night looks like night. Blacks are as close to true black as you can get with an LED TV. We tested the OLED demos off of YouTube and they look spectacular. You would swear they were designed for this tv. Very little local dimming. Great upscaling too. The speakers sound great. I started turning it down while we were watching a movie and realized I was only at volume 25 out of 100. That's how loud this thing can get. I'm getting older and it's hard for me to understand words sometimes so the crispness of the speakers really helps out. I know this is one of their lower end TVs in the lineup but honestly, I don't know what more I would want in a television. This thing is an 85-in masterpiece. My only regret is that my wife wouldn't let me install the 100 in.

We absolutely love our new Hisense 85" Class U6 Series Mini-LED QLED UHD 4K HDR Smart Fire TV! From delivery to installation, everything went smoothly. We were initially concerned about the weight due to the TV’s large size, but unpacking was a breeze—just lift the box top off after removing the straps, and the TV is easily accessible. Our previous TV was a 75”, and since our wall mount only supported up to 80”, we needed to purchase a larger bracket. While doing so, we also added extra wall blocking for additional support—better safe than sorry! Setup was quick and simple. We haven’t explored all the features yet, but we already love the voice command function—it makes navigating and finding content super easy. The picture and sound quality are both outstanding. We’re beyond thrilled with this upgrade and can already tell we’ll be the envy of the neighborhood come Super Bowl Sunday!

This is our second Hisense TV—both U6 models, just different sizes. That should tell you something right there. I had three hard requirements when shopping: solid price, full array local dimming, and good RTings.com ratings. Honestly, that narrowed it down to basically one option—the Hisense U6. The U7 doesn't justify the extra cost, and anything cheaper just doesn't have what you actually need. Simple as that. Full array local dimming that actually makes a difference in contrast and shadow detail. eARC/ARC so you can hook up better audio without hassle (I'm not about to use optical with my soundbar and I'll give up an HDMI port). 144Hz refresh rate (which I'll probably never use, but hey, nice to have if you're into gaming). Dolby Vision support for that extra pop. QLED color tech that handles the details right. And here's the kicker—it comes with a 2 year warranty, which is basically unheard of in TVs these days. I could do without any AI features, but I will at least give them a try once everything is calibrated. We're not going to use the Fire TV part at all, that's just not our setup. But if you're already in the Alexa/Amazon ecosystem, having it built in is actually convenient. One less device cluttering your entertainment center. It's a straightforward choice if you know what matters and don't want to overpay for features you'll never touch. Does exactly what it's supposed to do without the BS markup. About the best you can get outside of full OLED!

I’m seriously blown away by the Hisense 85U65QF. This 85" Mini-LED looks incredible mounted above my fireplace and delivers an amazingly clean, vibrant picture. Dolby Vision and Dolby Vision IQ look fantastic straight out of the box—no calibration needed whatsoever. Even my Apple TV confirms Dolby Vision doesn’t need any tweaks, and I completely agree. The picture quality is outstanding with deep, inky blacks, almost no glare thanks to the near-matte screen finish, and excellent off-angle viewing. Honestly, I can’t tell much of a difference between this and my OLEDs, which is saying a lot. The built-in Dolby Atmos audio also sounds surprisingly great and easily fills the room. The only minor downside is that eARC is limited to HDMI port 1, which tops out at 60Hz instead of 144Hz. It’s not an issue for sound, but it can be inconvenient if you’re using a receiver. Overall, this TV massively exceeds expectations and feels like a premium, plug-and-play experience. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Picked up the Hisense Mini LED ULED U6 recently and I'm honestly impressed with how much TV you get for the price. The picture is bright, colorful, and super sharp, whether I'm watching movies or just flipping through shows. Gaming on it has been awesome too, THE super clear visuals and smooth motion make everything look crisp. I also really like the speak-to feature because it actually understands what I'm saying, and the remote itself is simple and easy to navigate. The anti-glare coating comes in clutch during the day, especially with the amount of sunlight in my living room. If I had one complaint,it’s that I wish the sound output was a little higher. It’s not terrible at all but it doesn’t quite fill the room the way I hoped. Luckily, I hooked up a soundbar and that solved the problem pretty easily. Overall, the U6 has been a great upgrade and feels like a solid value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a bright, reliable TV.

The tv speakers almost make you not need surround sound. Crystal clarity pixels will keep your attention. Talk about no bad seat in the room. Can watch from any direction.

This TV delivered way more than I was expecting. The picture quality is the first thing that stands out. The mini leds really make it look sharp and vibrant. The dark scenes actually look black instead of grey and the colors pop without looking overdone. This TV makes watching movies and sports like a theater experience. The game mode on it also works flawlessly I saw no input lag while gaming. The built in fire tv interface is very convenient and all the streaming apps are already there. It's very simple to navigate and you get tons extra features also. The sound on this TV is exceptional I never had to really then it up that high. Overall this TV is great. It's bright, clear, huge and easy to set up. If you want a big TV with good quality picture then this is an easy recommendation.

I received the TV yesterday and immediately decided to put it through it paces. The first movie I started off with was Top Gun Maverick. The picture quality was very impressive. The skin tones were realistic and the picture quality was excellent. I was surprised how crisp and clean the images were on the screen and even watching a tennis match, I did not see any blurring as the ball crossed the net as I have seen in the past. The Dolby sound was impressive coming from the TV and I will add the external speakers this weekend. I am a BB Total tech member and would highly recommend the install unless you have two people as this thing is big. While I have only had this 24 hours, I have been most impressed and my 11 and 12 year old love it.

This is easily the best TV I’ve ever owned. First of all the sound is fantastic. The picture is top-notch and it’s really easy to find and watch anything you want to watch on it with the Fire TV interface. It does take a little getting used to to not have all the regular TV level settings that you usually have to mess with, but that’s just because this TV is smarter. I did make a few tweaks to the settings so that it would automatically recognize what kind of content I was watching and optimize for it and it does that spectacularly. I love watching movies on this TV, especially because of the sound. It’s a great TV and everybody in my family loves it.

I upgraded to the Hisense 85″ U65QF and have been very happy with it so far. The picture quality is much better than I expected for the price, with bright colors and good contrast. It holds up well in a bright family room and doesn’t look washed out during the day. Sports and movies look smooth, and HDR content really pops. Setup was easy and the Fire TV interface is straightforward to use. The sound is decent, though a soundbar helps. Overall, it feels like a great value for a large, modern TV. Loved the Fire Tv integration to get to the apps quickly. I would highly recommend the upgrade especially if you have a LED tv.

After experiencing this budget friendly large QLED UHD for a few days and it's by far one of my favorite TV to watch. With the built in Fire TV software and it makes browsing all our favorite apps with ease. Setting up the Tv was super easy. It took 5 minutes to configure it with my Amazon account and I was ready to enjoy this TV. The dynamic picture makes everything pop off the screen. The sound quality was amazing even with a sound bar. I thoroughly love the simplicity of the remote. The TV has enough features to make it look like a high end TV but in a affordable form factor. Definitely would recommend this TV for people on a budget and want a large display.

From delivery to installation, this was such an easy buy and totally worth it!! Delivery was easy and quick. Taking it out of the box and getting it set up was very quick as well. I have a surround sound system and I only had to buy and optical cable to get the sound to work. If you don't have surround sound, the tv speakers are very clear and loud as is. Currently I have it on the floor but will be mounting it soon. Attaching the legs to the TV was very easy and quick. I watched a few movies on here already and the whole experience is like a movie theater! From the sound to the picture clarity. The brightness and color contrast is phenomenal. I have never had such a large T.V. before so our movie room has improved ten fold. Doesn't matter where you sit on the couch, the experience is the same!
