This wasn't terribly hilarious or serious, just a pretty good movie. I got this blindly out of the $3.99 bin, & I'm a sucker for dysfunctional family holiday movies, so as far as the dysfunctional family part that didn't disappoint :P just figured it'd be a tad bit funnier.

It is hard to believe that this movie is as underrated as it is. Amazing cast; great script; lots of comedy; some drama...it’s my favorite go-to holiday movie. If you haven’t seen it, what are you waiting for? Guaranteed to make you laugh and put a smile on your face...and maybe a tear in your eye.

A very relatable movie. If it could happen it will. Things go wrong and will. After all family is family. Not good for young kids.

Home For The Holidays was a great Thanksgiving movie showing what real life family issues happen to many of us.

Jodie Foster does it again with a good yet remarkable movie in her directorial career. This is my favorite adult holiday movie, because an odd family in the holidays is what makes the holidays meaningful.

This movie is a good example of off beat family humor, especially after dealing with them at the holidays.

I got this movie as a gift for my sister who enjoys romantic, nostalgic, family friendly movies. We watched it together and did not really like it as a holiday movie.
