    This service by Geek Squad was to troubleshoot why my audio would get out of sync with the video. When they arrived, the Geek Squad person explained that Roku Stick had problems working with Xfinity Stream, and that it was a known issue, and it was acknowledged by Roku. There was nothing I could do with my current setup, but it was really good to know what the problem was. It was kind of a wasted effort by Geek Squad, but I'm grateful that they made the effort. Thanks Geek Squad!

    Geek squad was able to figure out my issue of why my upstairs tv didn’t work - needed stronger WiFi signal to spread out thru the house. He solved it and now we have not issues.

    10/24 troubleshoot visit with Joe Finney!! We have a custom set up that is a bit complicated. No problem for Joe. Now it works better than before. He understands audio/video and takes pride in his work. We havent had the best Geek Squad experiences but he changed that. We look forward to knowing he will be the one to help if needed in the future. A little late to write this review but it didnt come as a feedback email.

    Anae came over and reorganized all the wifi in my apartment plus she clean up all the extra and superfl wiring left from previous technicians. Now everything works !!!

    Solved a very complicated technical problem which was really a total of eight problems and got everything working. Unbelievable. Stuck with it and never gave up. Even though it was frustrating (at least to me) he kept a cool head and was very pleasant the whole time, even threw in a quip or two while working on the problems. Have used Geek Squad before and was pleased with them then also. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future as soon as I can get down to Best Buy and purchase some new components for another room.

    The agent discussed the options after he diagnosed the potential problem with the TV and discussed the advantages and disadvantage of the different alternatives. He discovered that I needed to replace the power board. He ordered it and kept me informed on its status and installed it on his next visit and tested it and it has worked fine ever since.

    Great help with my TV and Soundbar

    The guys (Wyatt and Jono really gave me some time to help me understand what could be the problem with my TV going off and in 30 sec coming back on as well as my soundbar acting up with low then really high audible. I have tried to fix it but I think I will ultimately have to bring the Geek Squad out to the house. I'm just not that technically educated.

    My snervice was having the Geek Squad come has my tv was hooking up to the internet. The tech was wonderful and easily fixed as it was just I needed my password and I didn’t know how to fix. Really was my stupidity. But he was very kind. To my surprise next day they gave me credit for the full charge! I will call them and recommend them to everybody!

    I had difficulty with new TV recognizing a password. After several “incorrect password” reply’s I tried another internet line hat was available in the same room. The TV locked up and would not recognize the remote. I contacted BestBuy and described the. Problem to the Geek squad. Technician arrived the next day and the problem corrected within one hour. Great service by nice technicians. Great work..knowledge about product really helps.

    Brendan and Mike were excellent from the geek squad mounting our TV wiring and making sure everything was working condition. We just purchased a 77 inch Samsung C9 and the Samsung speaker 5.1.. they made sure that both we’re in sync with each other and their people skills were above and beyond treating me as a valued customer I can’t say enough about Brendan and Mike

    The agents came to troubleshoot our problem we were having with Netflix. Every time we turned it on it said our internet connection was not working. We had to enter our password. We called Netflix and they couldn't help us. So the agents came out, did their thing with the TV and we now have Netflix working properly.
