    EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED ON MY 2 TVs TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS…. THEY WROTE OUT MY INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW ON ACCESSING NETFLIX …. I’VE HAD A MASSIVE STROKE WITH MEMORY PROBLEMS SO THEY WENT SLOWLY AND LEFT ME NOTES TO FOLLOW…. THEY ARE TRUE ANGELS AND HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY…. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GEEK SQUAD ADMINISTERS SHOULD RECOGNIZE THEIR PERFORMANCE….. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES

    Geek Squad is a great deal. I believe $135 with the Best Buy membership. They came out and fixed the issue I was having with the sound bar and TV syncing. Awesome value for the money.

    They tested our new TV and sound system. Found out what was wrong with it. It took them all of 5 minutes to do their diagnosis and they were very Covid compliant and wore masks. We were really comfortable with their service.

    I had a problem with my smart tv. The problem was a storage shortage. The person who came out to the house told me how to get more storage by deleting unused apps. He was very kind and knowledgeable,

    The tech diagnosed a problem I caused with my home entertainment system and explained why what I did was wrong. He also explained what the installation team (3rd party) hired by Geek Squad should have explained. He is an excellent tech and I appreciate the great job. Joe Firda

    The Geek Squad Home Theater of Kelly and Alex are great!! They are kind and courteous and so helpful. They got my vintage home projector running. They assessed the new part I needed and how we work it until they return. I am appreciative and thankful. I look forward to working with them again.

    Daniel Padilla, Geek Squad-Torrance, provided outstanding service to resolve my printer issues satisfactorily. Daniel was very professional, knowledgable and efficient. He called in advance to better understand and troubleshoot, bringing out a replacement printer to my service call as he correctly determined my non-working but under-warranty printer would likely have to be replaced. Many kudos to Daniel!!!

    Geek Squad nice but left me disconnected

    They were nice but they kept telling me how to do the things and not the things I didn’t know how to do. I haven’t been able to use my tv set up as far as stations like Fox because as they left I realized I did not know how to connect with Fox News which was supposed to be on Sling. I knew more about the streaming services and they did show me how to connect a movie on Amazon but I do not know how to connect on screen to the left side alphabet. I know it’s something simple but I have been listening to the late night radio since they left. I tried to get the tech person I know could help from Best Buy but that is impossible. I canceled the tech person for tomorrow because I have had no communication from Best Buy about the time. Also, when the cable was diy my one tv turned blue. As I say they were nice but we spent most of the time registering because I’m not the usual NetFlix soap opera person
