Does it's job. The only critique is that it's better plugged in. It seems like it's more powerful and gives a better massage when plugged in. Also, the charge doesn't last as long as I thought it would. Overall though, it's fine.

This massager is great. The heat isnt as strong as I’d hoped but the massager is nice also the fact that it is portable is a plus.

It feels great according to my daughter. However, you can only use in 15 minute increments. She had it on for awhile and it stopped working even though it was plugged in. I told her to let it cool off before using it again. She used it on her legs too and said it felt wonderful.

Great product for the price. Cordless charging function is really convenient and makes taking a relaxing break much easier than trying to find a comfy spot with access to a power outlet. HoMedics products are always superior to the off-brand, less expensive offerings you find at other retailers. I also get the assurance that Best Buy stands behind what they sell and have always provided excellent customer service when a purchase has been less than expected.

Works great, feels like a real massage. The o my issue is you can’t use it while charging.

Small in size but it gives a good massage! The size is convenient and is portable.

It is a very convenient little device for your neck and head.

I like this pillow. It is a bit rough initially but once you get used to it, it feels rather good. I have used it sitting up on my couch and laying down... Its put me to sleep. My only issue is that there is only one mode. I wish there was a variation and the heat isn't intense.

Is small n not as good one may think not even a hour with it n it broke don’t spend your money

The heating element is wonderful. The massage function is a bit rough though, so i would not lay on it. Great for your feet too.

Product looked like it was previously opened and when used the heat did not work. Returned to get replacement and no products in store, wanted to charge to have delivered so now I have return my wife’s birthday gift. Thanks......for nothing.

A very good portable home massager. I used it for my upper back and neck. It massages all the spots and with heat. it takes away all the pain and stiffness. This is so much convenient....you can take it during travel, and use it cordless or with power-cord!

Got it for worked charged it at home used while at work the heat feature did not work never felt any heat. The massager workers the problem was that it would not charge anymore bummer really like it for the few days it worked.

Very happy with this item! Deep massager with option to add heat. Few buttons for easy usage. Alternates and makes it feel like a real Shiatsu massage. Great of feet, legs, upper back, lower back, and neck!

Massager hurts my head. They are very hard and the heat is very low.
