Works really well, I can notice that I sleep better and I don't make up feeling all dried out.

This has two large vessels for water - WARM steam output. Ability to control the intensity of steam. BEST humidifier I have ever used. QUIET. Even has a light to see the buttons ...and option to turn it off the light at night!!!

When our old warm mist humidifier, which we had had for years and owed us nothing, gave up the mist in the driest part of last winter, we quickly replaced it with one of the few warm mist humidifiers we could find in stock locally, as going without a humidifier even for a few nights was not something we wanted to do. The replacement humidifier was inexpensive, but rated for a "small" room. Our bedroom pushes the envelope of "small," and, after spending half of THIS winter waking up with dry mouths and throats, we finally decided we might need to spend more to get a humidifier that was up to the task. After reading reviews, I settled on this unit, which can be used as either cool or warm mist. It wasn't in stock so we did have to wait just a few days to get it, but it was worth the extra cost and the few days. It does a great job keeping the room at an acceptable humidity level during the night, and has some nice features -- for instance, there's a button that will turn off the lights behind all of the illuminated buttons at night (such buttons can seem very bright when you wake up in the middle of the night!). My only complaint is that the tanks (it has two, and since we only run it while we sleep, we only need to refill it every second night) are a bit unwieldy to refill. Our previous humidifier had a flat top that you could set it on while refilling from the bottom (the top on these tanks are curved), and also a handle on the bottom of the tank that made it easy to carry once filled. The handles for the Homedics tank are on the side, making it difficult to carry them once they're filled with (heavy) water. But, given the efficacy and other features of the unit, I am happy to put up with this minor inconvenience -- in fact, it was a good excuse to delegate the task of filling the tanks to my husband!

Strong steady INSTANT mist ,,,NO FILTERS NO HUGE FILL TANKS AND NO MASSIVE MINERAL DEPOSITS! I went through THREE different types of humidifiers that had all of the bove..We love the little bit pricey performance!

This humidifier is very quiet, and very effective for a large bedroom. I cannot believe how quiet it is after having used filtered humidifiers with fans, in the past. My only concern is that with no fan, does the moist air cover the room as effectively. But that said, it does, in fact, appear to very effectively cover the room.

Great humidifier, very easy to clean and keep clean. Easy to fill as it has two water tanks. This makes it much easier to handle and refill. Best one I have ever owned. I have recommend it to friends already.

Used both water tanks in 2 days cuz house is so dry. Skin feels better and less dry. I like that I can choose a warm or cool mist and you can see it working. I am very pleased with this purchase, especially since I had bought 3 on sale for 69.99. One for my daughter and grandsons. My 7 year old grandson had more fun with that on Christmas Day than his presents... Be sure to use filtered water to reduce the calcium buildup as it recommends.

This is the perfect size for the master bedroom. Features are just right! Two tanks, adjustable setting,and visible mist. I only use distilled water and find that to be best.

Great size and features: two independent tanks, auto shut off, cold and warm mist, and more. I have only used distilled water to avoid mineral build up.

I have had ultrasonic humidifiers before and this HoMedics is by far the best. The stream is very adjustable and the cool mist is great . I see a difference in my plants that are in the living room with it running all the time in the winter.

Very quiet, reservoir tanks hold a lot of water, antimicrobial feature is a huge plus.

Humidifies my whole first floor living area and makes it very comfortable to breath during times I have to use the furnace to warm the house. Usually the air is very dry w/ the furnace on. But with this humidifier, the air is more comfortable to breath.

This unit is relatively compact, consisting of two reservoirs and a central misting unit. The tanks have enough capacity to run for approximately 24 hours each on low output. The unit has a "heat" button which just about takes the chill out of the water. There is also a nightlight button which dims the panel lights. The unit does not have a humidistat per se. It has an output knob which lets you dial in your preferred level. It does NOT cycle off based on your selection (at least it has not for me). My wife finds the occasional gurgles that the tanks emit annoying. It is super easy to take apart for cleaning. Thus far no scale has formed. There is nothing in the instructions about disinfecting with bleach.

It can hold alot of water that can last two nights. But tends to be abit loud at times. Is it worth the price....For me it is cause it holds more water for more days which can save you from refilling everyday. so yeah!

Picked this up as a deal of the day because with the weather chance I was getting bloody noses in my sleep. Cleared up the problem fast. Satisfied customer here.

We use this for our piano room. It increases the humidity well and runs for about a day before needing refills.

I was skeptical but after receiving the product and used it for two days, I am sure it is right product to buy. The humidification is very good. If you use in full power, the tanks will be emptied in 24 hours, but the result is great. If you close the doors and use it in small room, make sure you are not on full, else you will see condensation on walls.

Humidifier is quiet and does not need to be refilled often. Comes with water filter.
