Q: My brand new machine does not get warm. Why?
A: my new one as of today... only blows out cool/maybe warm mist... I can not feel any heat on my hand or my face... is this normal... bought it for warm mist... thanks...
A: Just fixed mine. unplug the unit and empty the water. remove the center section and take the screw out of the water level sensor (white piece). turn unit upside down and tap to get both white parts to fall out. the donut shaped part is the float. clean out the area where the float belongs as the float was probably stuck in the "no water position". reassemble and fill the water. it should work.

A: I just noticed that mine is also, which is why I found your question when internet searching for a cure. Unfortunately haven’t found one yet. Before realizing that the tv remote was changing the humidity setting, we thought it was just changing randomly.
