Customers are delighted by the Grab Virtual Reality Headset's compatibility with various smartphones and its reasonable price. Many appreciate the headset's affordability and functionality. However, a significant drawback reported by customers is the lack of a head strap, making the device less comfortable to use. This necessitates holding the headset in place manually.

Its a piece of crap. No strap to hold your 'phone' in front of your face, yes this is just a case for your phone to be used 'a VR'. A complete was of time and plastic.
