Beware of ordering anything online at Best Buy

Ordered this safe on May 3rd when your website said it was available. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, May 9th. Spent an hour on the phone with your customer service, transferred to 6 different employees, only to have my call disconnected by the last one. You guys blamed UPS. UPS said you never shipped the product. Looked at your site today and now it says no longer available. You should have told me this yesterday instead of lying to me! Now I have to go through the hassle of spending more of my time trying to get my rewards that I used for this purchase refunded. Worst customer service support!
