Very cold, loud if on high. Wish the air vents swiveled.

This is a Very cool and efficient air conditioner. Easy to move around and use!

I bought this to cool my home office and it does the job well. The only thing I would improve is a way to adjust the air flow from side to side as well as a better window kit. I got it in but it does not fit snugly so depending on your window, it might require you use some tape or insulation to seal gaps. Also I would say it has a fairly large foot print for my smallish office, so don't forget to consider the space needed for the hose and unit which is about 2.5 to 3 feet. It is nice though that I can move it fairly easily to the larger bedroom when needed.

This is a great unit for cooling down a room. The noise is minimal and it gets the job done! Probably wouldn't use in too big of a room as it may not be able to keep up, but for smaller rooms with normal 8 foot ceilings it works great.

This ac works great ! It's a little loud. But I guess all portable a/c units are like this. What's great is the auto start. So you can set the machine to turn on and off after a certain amount of hours.

If your looking for a quiet air conditioner that is both powerful and portable look no further. My central ac broke in the middle of the heatwave. While this unit will not cool your whole house...it will quickly cool any sealed room best of all my electric bill only went up a few bucks after continued use

The AC works great and is able to chill down my bedroom w/o a problem. The only concern I've had with it is that sometimes when I turn it on, the compressor doesn't come on right away. It does eventually though. We've been happy with it so far.

I was hesitant to get any portable AC do to it's 50/50 reviews but I was glad i did yesterday for example was 88 i live in MA so humidity wasnt high but in the house its stuffy hot it took a hour to feel relief from nothing prior being used. Threw out the day the room was around or below 70 and it was ice cold air to the point we put it on low and got even colder I live in a raised ranch or cape style this cooled down a living room kitchen hallway dinning room sum bathroom. portability is good smooth wheels. Had to cut a cardboard playe for the window the attachment for the hose couldnt fit a 20in window or picture window.

Works perfect. It took about 2 hours to cool my living room/kitchen/dining room from 93degrees down to 70. Ii has kept the rooms nice and cool and isn't loud like most portable a/c units I have seen.

No problem with set up, the pins I thought were easy but wish there was four just not two. It works great!

One of our hottest summers ever and local stores out of air conditioners. Had given my daughter a Honeywell 2 years ago. Has worked very well--only needed to empty water tray once in that time. Now my turn! Order came faster than indicated; easy to install; cools air down quickly. A blessing!

This a/c does a nice job cooling a hot & stuffy bedroom located right above a hot garage. So glad we got it! It's easy to set up, easy to use. We've had it a few weeks now and I haven't had to drain it. Great product.

It's a pretty good air conditioner. The only downside to it in my opinion is that it's a little bulky. It works great in a bedroom with the doors closed

After hours of researching for an A/C, this is the one that had overall great reviews from people. I needed an A/C for my room to prevent myself from dying of heat exhaustion when going to bed. I'm very happy with how fast it cools down my room on a hot day when I come home and just press the power button. I don't have too much window to floor A/C space for the hose and I this works just right for the amount of floor space I need to give it for the hose to attach to the window. Other similar A/C's needed more space for the hose but because I have my bed near the window I have very limited space. The style is nice too, it's large which is the only negative I see but most units for 12,000BTU are similar in size. I'd recommend this product.

Fast, easy set up. Cools quickly and keeps up with the unseasonably hot, humid Cape Cod weather.

I bought this because I have a lot of equipment that generates heat in my office, and it is much warmer than the rest of the house. This keeps my office nice and cool without having the freeze the rest of the house.

I now have two of these, easy to move and very efficient.

I bought this for my uncle who is partially paralyzed. Him and his family say it is better than the window units they currently have in the house. I recommend this item to everyone. It is definitely worth more than what we paid for it.
