Hoover vacuum

It works pretty well however the battery life is terrible... it only lasts about 15 minutes before it needs to be charged again. Definitely would not recommend this vacuum because of that.

However, that is not the case. We ended up returning it and purchasing the more expense model (which works well).

It appeared that it would be a perfect purchase for my needs. Unfortunately, the battery would not charge never allowing me to test out the unit at all. I called the manufacturer and they suggested I drive 20 miles to the nearest authorized repair center to have the battery checked. Really? The darn thing was dead. I suggested that I return it to Best Buy. Best Buy took the item back with no questions asked. I decided that if the quality control couldn't catch something as central to the item as the battery, that I would look elsewhere to another brand.
