But then we began to have suction issues around five months ago. We ensured that all the airflow chambers were cleared and that the filters remained spotless. Our Cruise would trudge along the carpets fibers after some foreplay and aftercare. However, today it refused to do its job. It would leave behind more debris than what was previously on the floor. We tirelessly attempted to resuscitate our Cruise by referencing the owner’s manuel, Reddit threads, and the deep internet. We finally decided to pull the plug on this lifeless and cordless being. Goodbye Cruise and hello broom.

Seeing as you have only had this vacuum for about 5 months, you should still be under warranty if you have your receipt or registered your product. It didn't suck well enough for the money and it wasn't that expensive for that type. We returned and bought a less expensive Bissell bolt pets that works better.

Prefer over Dyson
