Set up was a jif, and cleaning easy. Did a really great job. Very pleased.

First time DIY with carpet cleaning. Having older carpet decided to try cleaning myself rather than spending money on professionals. Bought the Hoover Steam Vac and am very pleased with ease of use and end results. Carpet looks good even cleaned up after my 80 lb grand-dog.

I have two elderly dogs who can't seem to hold their bladder anymore. This carpet cleaner solved all of my problems. It's lightweight and it removed all the stains in one single pass and left the carpet smelling amazing. I definitely recommend to any pet owner

I purchased this because our old Hoover was dying. I like the fact that the newer model is lighter, but with that I don't think it's as well made as the older ones. I wish they would find a better place for the power cord though.

Overall I am pleased with this purchase. I have used this cleaner twice, cleaned the house when I got it and had to spot clean my 3 year olds mess. Both times the cleaner has performed great and sucks up a lot of the water so it will dry quicker than my previous cleaner.

We have been really happy with the job this little baby has done. As I said, the lever that releases the water broke, but fortunately for us we did purchase the extended warranty. BB took it back no questions asked, and had the new one shipped directly to our door. It cost us ZERO. Also, it looks like the improved the part that broke on ours...so this one may last longer!!

This cleaner is amazing. I had my carpets cleaned profeaaionally about 6 months ago and this did as good if not a better job.

The steam vac worked pretty well. Cleaned about 90% of the stains on my carpet, even some large and old stains. The carpet also dried pretty quickly after.

It was easy to fill and seemed easy to work, but then halfway through, seemed like more water was coming out than before, which confused me.

Does a good job, cleans as advertised. Carpets look and feel like they were professionally cleaned.

I've come to depend on Hoover products over the years. Had a hoover steam vac for years. Got more than my money's worth from it. The poor thing finally died. Tried a different brand...could not have been more disappointed. Went right back to Hoover because I know I can trust it to do what it says it will do and will have a long lifespan.

This is a replacement for the first cleaner Hoover came out with. It still works well after what seems like 15 years at least. It was time for the upgrade and the price is terrific. I use it for everyday cleaning. No rental required.

Its good - especially if you get a good deal. I don't expect it to last a decade, but it generally feels solid. Quickly shipped to me!

I would recommend this machine to anybody that wanted one.

The vacuum does exactly as described. Works great however, I wish it was slightly larger so it doesn't take as long to clean.

Love the steamer so far. The attachments could be more user friendly for switching.
