A must have for ETS and ATS players. Great feedback and tons of buttons. Even the joystick with add a mouse. I use with VR and it’s easy to find the correct buttons.

Omg love it and price was amazing. And it came just in time

Having zero experience with Manual shifting coming from automatic, this is a game changer. The plug and play elements for American truck simulator, and European truck sim is easy to set up and get driving. Pros: Great feedback large truck wheel that sports lots of buttons and joysticks on the wheel itself. A control panel with the shifter that has lights, parking brake and all. The shifter has a great amount of resistance to choose from to more realistic to easier. Con: The pedals work ok, decent build. Nice press down force. The problem most people have is that the pedal base slides around on the ground but lots of DIY ways to fix that.

This product I bought unfortunately broke down within 1 day. First the force feedback broke down, then the steering wheel didn't work at all. Actually I was excited before buying it;unfortunately it broke down shortly after buying it. Other than that if I have to evaluate it, the feel of the steering wheel, gear lever and pedal systems are really successful, it makes you feel like you are driving a real truck, the keypads are very successful. Still, I am really happy that I bought my products from Best Buy. The product broke down and I took it back in a short time, they helped me right away. The sales representative asked if I wanted a refund or a new product. I preferred to buy another product. Even though the product I bought was broken, Best Buy is always there for customers after the sale. Thank you Best Buy. This is why I love this store. It always gives confidence to customers after the sale.

Wheel streering working good and only thing is trucker shifter don’t wanna to change gear

This is amazing if you're looking to level up your trucksim experience. Completely changed the game for me. One thing i will say is that this is a specific product optimized for 2 games, so it's not a good set-up as your first step into driving sim. With some tweaking, it can work decently in games like BeamNG.

Great tool for learning real life skills and techniques through simulation highly recommended for sure!

It was a great package, with all the buttons nicely labeled and mapped automatically. However, it just let down by the pedals, beside it feels cheap, the major issue was the bottom design, can't believe it doesn't at least has a pop up spikes for carpet use, Logitech had that feature decades ago on their wheel, not sure how Hori oversight this, you will need heavy weight or something connect to a wall to prevent it slides, otherwise is unusable. Another issue is the cable length, the cables on the wheel and the shifter are very long; but I don't understand why the pedals one suddenly become stand length? It has to connect to the wheel, if you have OCD need cable management and your desk is deep or wide, good luck, I couldn't even put it to my existing rig's cable channel... The wheel is front heavy, so if you want to clamp to a desk, you want to make sure your have a solid heavy desk and depth enough, otherwise your desk will move or tip over

I would tell everyone about the wheel it is that good

It is definitely fun and challenging way to drive.
