Great flash light love it also because it’s rechargeable and its really handy for my work that I do the best investment I did.

This is a very sturdy and well made flashlight with one serious flaw. When you go to charge the flashlight the opening just under the protective rubber flap does not allow the USB-C end of the plug to insert all the way. Therefore I was not able to charge the light. I tried several different USB-C cords I had around the house and none fit. The hole in the case is too small. Unfortunately returning to Best Buy for a refund.

This small flashlight is a powerhouse. The light at the 'highest' setting is more than enough to see all the details needed to navigate in the dark. I said "highest setting"? Yep, sure did. This powerful light can be set to different lighting levels and the cover/cap that's included diffuses the light nicely. This allows the user to use the flashlight as a lantern/lamp. I definitely would recommend this item to anyone...lol

This little flashlight was an excellent buy on sale. It has a very bright, powerful light. I like to use it when going outside at night, handy for taking the dog out. Compact size is easy to handle, makes it convenient to stick in a pants or jacket pocket. The diffuser softens the brightness, we have used it to light up a small room during a power outage. Very handy item, I highly recommend it.

Excellent little rechargeable flashlight with neat lantern/hand torch attachment which is great for walking around the house at night. Very bright for inside use and good for dog walking outside. Light weight, acceptable level of waterproofing with a removable rubber cover on charge

Good little flashlight that is very bright and charges up in no time. Fits easily in the pocket of my jacket which makes it convenient when i walk my dog after dark. The only thing that wasn't good was the cover on the charging port. It was attached, but came off after awhile.

TL;DR - the USB-C charging port has a defective design. It can't be recharged. Do not buy. I picked up three of these flashlights on sale. I liked the idea of a durable, weather-proof, small Lithium-Ion rechargeable flashlight. Planned on putting them in the glove compartment for my kid's vehicles. Unboxed them, thinking they might need charging I plugged my phone charger in. Per the reviews, the rubber charging cover was a bit difficult to access - I was gentle so as not to damage. After letting each flashlight charge for several hours, I thought I was ready to go - but I found it odd that there wasn't any light or indicator to notify if charging was occurring, or complete. I also noticed the fit for the USB-C charging port to be very loose... but didn't consider it to be a problem initially. A few days went by, and I decided to read the manual - the print definitely requires 20/20 vision. Per the manual, the button indicates a charge status when the flashlight is on (green, orange, red reflecting the charge state). This is when I realized one of the flashlights wasn't fully charged (orange status). The manual also stated that the button indicator should turn red when charging, and then green once fully charged. Plugged the USB-C cable back in - no charging indicator. Tried using the provided USB-C cable - no charging indicator. Thinking the flashlight might be defective, I tried charging the other two that I purchased - no charging indicator. Then I tried using a battery pack that has an indicator when it is discharging to another device. All three of the flashlights wouldn't charge, and all had loose USB-C connections. Regardless of trying multiple cables, chargers, etc., all failed to recharge. Unfortunately, I tossed the packaging before realizing all three flashlights were defective. I will attempt to return to my local Best Buy. Hopefully they will accept without the boxes, but we shall see. Bottom line - if 3 out of 3 of these HOTO flashlights were defective, I'd say there is a serious manufacturing quality issue here and won't be buying another HOTO branded device ever again.

I was hesitant with HOTO products initially due to the low pricing, but they’ve shocked me with all their products ive ordered. This light is not only incredibly bright but it also comes with a torch attachment that had come in handy multiple times. Not to mention the long lasting battery, ive used it for over 6 hours and still haven’t had to charge it.

This flashlight is very bright and rugged and has cool feature that does Morse code for SOS. Only drawback is it somewhat expensive.

I can’t believe a small flashlight this size can be so powerful. I also love that it charges with USB C. This is great tech, and a must-have!

This is one of the best flashlights I have purchased in a long while. the light is superior and the battery lasts for days.

I got this because we have an issue of the power going out when a semi strong storm comes. It's been great so far, super bright with adjustable brightness, and different light settings like strobes, sos. Nice clicky button that tells you the charge level with red/orange/ green light. The cap that turns the flashlight into a lantern is innovative and nice. This is thing is just sleek all around but I'm scared it won't last as long as one of my heavy duty flashlights that can take a beating/dropped. My only complaint is that I wish the cap that turns this into a lantern had a chain to the flashlight so I don't lose the cap. Once it's off it's very easy to lose.

Just what I needed for a vehicle flashlight. Battery life is great and it gives off good light, and works well for a reading like with the plastic end attached.

Light weight and easy to use. Good light for me to use when I take the dogs out at night.

Love how is rechargeable slim and packs a lot of light the charging can be flimsy though
