Shipping Damage, Customer Experience Team Failure

Best Buy Issaquah, WA took it back, but now I have to wait three weeks for a new one. I was promised that the the Issaquah, WA customer experience manager would contact me, but they never did. Not a smooth purchase for sure.

Small range

The stove top coils get hot evenly. And oven holds it heat. I had an amana only lasted 3 years had problems with it the whole time. Coils only got hot in center and oven took forever to heat. Love this one it works

The first stove; the burners did not work so I used my buyer protection to have it replaced. The second stove had the same problems as the first. Best Buy would not honor my buyer protection plan so I am out over 1,000 (including tax, insurance, and installation fees. Avoid!!!

Other then that I have no complaints
