I honestly didn't know what to expect when this arrived but I was pleased when I got this eScooter going. So I highly recommend doing what the instructions say when you first get this and that's to scoot manually so you can get used to how this moves and handles. It's been some 30 odd years since I've been on something like this and it took a minute even riding manually to get used to something like this. My scooter came with an almost full battery when taken out of the box but we went ahead and charged it anyway. The scooter is rather for people upto 264lbs and I'm at 250 and had no issues other than not hitting the 16mph top end which is expected as I'm almost at the max weight limit, I could get to 14mph though and that feels really fast on this. The ride quality is surprisingly good, the 8.5" air filled tires help with bumps and such and give you quite a smooth experience and the fact they include a pump gives them extra marks from me. The scooter also has cruise control which allows you to just enjoy the ride and works like it does in a car, pull the brake and cruise disengages. The lights are customizable to an extent, you can cycle through various colors to whatever suits. Battery seems to be quiet good lasting over an hour but I'm not sure we hit the advertised range but I'm thinking that's like the top speed, it's weight dependent. It does have a break light also so people can see when you're slowing down. Overall I've really enjoyed this, it's actually been really practical for me. I'm a mid 40s guy with rheumatoid and took this with me to the zoo recently and this allowed me to go around without any pains. It's also great as I feel like a kid again everytime I jump on it. Overall this is a great product and I do highly recommend
