it overheats when riding uphill with no push assistance.. u just turn it back on an continue no problems.. it wont overheat if you push lightly(only while uphill riding) im 180lb and get 11miles max .. in a hill environment

10 miles of range for me, going up one big hill and the rest was mostly flat. I am 125 pounds. The speedometer doesn't go past 15 but it will go faster than 15 mph down hill. It struggles to reach 15 mph going uphill, especially if you start from a stop going up even a minor hill. If you give it a good luck it'll speed up to top speed in no time. When the battery gets to 2 bars the scooter will start to slow down from it's too speed. On one bar I was only able to get 9 mph on a mostly flat surface. Even if I pushed it the scooter would fall back to 9 mph. But it kept going, at 1 bar it would not go up any moderately steep hill.

Great buy, my daughter loves this & for the price I’m very satisfied as well. Has a long battery like and the weight limit is great for the whole family.

Make sure you have good home owners insurance! My granddaughters Hover-1 caught fire in my house and even after I unplugged it the flames kept going until the fire department extinguished it. Not to mention the damage from the house being filled with smoke and soot!!!

The Hover-1 Journey is a great way to get around the city as well as college students looking for a convent way to get to class. This electric scooter folds in for easy storage at class or in your apartment. With top speeds of 16 mph, and a range of 15 miles I would recommend this scooter to anyone looking for an easy way to get around town.

The only reason i did not give 5 star was was bc paint came a little bad from factory at front mud flap other than that great scooter. Scooter has good speed breaks and last alot

Good Scooter both price and performance. One thing is the front wheel should be little tougher

I got my scooter and it was very simple to put together (just one part to attach basically). My favorite parts about the scooter is the cruise control and that it tells you your speed. It is nice that its is basically sigh lent as well when it is running! The color I sleek and makes it look cool.

Here’s a list of reasons why you shouldn’t buy this model: 1. No way to lock it up 2. Battery only lasts a couple miles if it’s windy or if you have to ride up hill 3. Slows done by 5 mph with even the slightest incline 4. The tire already popped. Of course, 7 days after my return window closed. 5. Best Buy customer service is terrible 6. I’ve only ridden it 4 times and the tire popped. I don’t ride over rocks or other obstacles, I drive in Eco or D mode, there are no bumps because I live in a new area with all new sidewalks Save up your money and buy the go Trax. I’m super disappointed in this product and wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

great electric skate, I love it because it is made for me, it runs at a perfect speed, in general it is good fun

My son loves this scooter and rides it around the neighborhood every day. It charges easily and seems to be heavy-duty and expected to be something he can use for years to come. It was easy enough for my 8-year-old to figure it out without any help. It is a little pricey, but seems to be worth the investment.

Bought for my 90 lb 12 year old. Works perfectly for him. Even hills. But if you weight over 180 lbs you will have to assist on hills. Quality seems good so far. Love the wheels. They are big enough to handle most things well and smooth riding without requiring air. The disc brake is engaged with the electromagnetic brake and it works well. Holds a charge long enough for ur purposes but have not actually measured miles yet.

No concerns or issues with this brand new unit. Unlikely to use to extended warranty purchased because of the reviews of others. Weight, riding dynamics and speed appropriate unless you’re seeking an E-scooter nearing the $1K and + range for the for greater speed, battery life and suspension.

So I got this scooter about 2 months ago. Dont get me wrong, it gets the job done and if you find it on sale, dont be afraid to pull the trigger. There are a few major issues ive had with it though. 1. No accessories/Bad website. The website doesnt even list the scooter for sale and theres no way to find accessories for it on the site. 2. bad battery The battery is not the best. Once it gets to 60 percent, you are stuck going slower with slower pickup. Usually around 9-10 mph as opposed to 15 when its full charged. 3. the tires So my tire had a leak within a month. It was a leak at the stem with no puncture or anything. So some things i loved were the size, the locking clip, and the build quality. Imo though, you may want to pick one of the others

Perfect for my 10-year old grandson. He enjoys the ease of use and folding ability for garage storage. Charges quickly and is able to ride for a good amount of time in full charge.

It's a solid product I wish it just went up hills better my scooter actually cuts off but I guess I didn't know what I was expecting overall the cruise control feature the air pump you get with the scooter all are great things

This has been one of the best purchases, I have made. I bought this to ride with my son's and the performance is good, overall the scooter charges well and the runtime is as advertised. For the money this is a great entry level scooter.

This is actually a pretty decent scooter for the price. Like the ones they have dt Fort Wayne go just as fast and the only things these are missing is the little compass and the lights underneath the foot board. Pretty impressed.
