This is the 2nd scooter I have bought (same brand and type) both have broke within 6 months. We tried to order parts, but they offer no individual parts and customer service is a JOKE!!! Do not buy anything from this brand!!

I got it for my grandson for Christmas, he didn’t get to ride it until the spring/summer and within a month of using it - it was done unable to use it and it was already out of warranty.
