Terrible... had to return it right after purchase. The charging port was faulty right out of the box. It would not stay mounted in place making charing and removing the charger difficult. It was like that new, can't imagine how it would be in a month or two. From their website and the amount of replacement parts available for "purchase", these are made to be disposable. The blue tooth speaker plays only out of one speaker and is very low and tough to hear when riding on the sidewalk. I do not recommend. Put a damper on a 8 year olds Christmas!!! Terrible

Great hoverboard for the Black Friday price but not worth paying retail price. First one had to be returned and my boy couldn’t use it on Christmas Day. But exchanged it for the same one and it works great.

Already repackaged the hover boards. Both have their own issues. One is electrical wiring inside i believe, and does not work. The other is acting the same and the charging port is loose. Just very disappointed in the products over all. Not built as well as one would expect. And my kids are sad Santa brought them gifts that don't work well. They feel he did not think they were good enough to get working boards. Mind you my kids are 9 and 6 years old. Sad is all i can say.

My son is only 90lbs. These are rated for 220lbs. When he got on it we heard a lot of cracking. Now it is bending bad in the middle. Seems to ride fine but just realy bent in the middle.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for our 12-year old daughter. She loves the hoverboard. It is very sturdy with several beautiful lights. Bluetooth enabled for your music. It keeps its charge for a very long time.

I just bought this Range hover 1. The red light keeps flashing and the restarting method is not working for me not even the one in the manual! I dont know what to do! Havent used it yet

Had minor issues , but best buy just replaced with a new item. Still the product looks great.

Cover displays a different color compared to the actual color off the board. Been having issues with the charge not holding on the board keeps giving me a red battery after I charged it over night.
