Stopped charging after 2 weeks

The Manufacturer website claims that it's the charging port, although there is nothing wrong with the charging port pins and the charger is not damaged. I'm just now getting around to contacting the manufacturer about fixing it because, ya know, I have better things to do than mess with something I just bought from Bestbuy. Of course, I missed the 16 day return policy from Bestbuy.

I bought this board for my 9yr old’s birthday and he rode it a lot but this last time he brought it it to ride it we noticed the bushings were giving out in the center of the axle, and when he would stand on it the center would bend in on itself and we were afraid it would collapse and cause an injury so we brought it back to Bestbuy. Bestbuy was amazing and returned it with no problems since I had the total tech warranty. E we decided to go with another brand.

During my very first ride, the top and bottom portions of the hoverboard became unattached, which was a major safety concern
