My kid loves it and he learnt to ride on it in less than a day.

It’s not even a year and it started having problems. Battery draining without warning and It just stops while riding and making kids fall. So risky to use.

Had minor issues , but best buy just replaced with a new item. Still the product looks great.

Good scooter my son like it because has Bluetooth.

This Hover-1 was great when it was working but quit working after less than a month and a half of very gentle use (mostly in our basement due to the weather conditions outside). I bought it on a Black Friday sale, but didn't give it until Christmas, so by the time it quit working the return window was closed. I have had a ticket into Hover-1 for over two weeks with no response. So I chatted with Best Buy. They were unwilling to help me, but told me to submit a ticket (which I had already done). They also gave me a telephone number to call (which I had already called and "due to high demand they were not taking calls"), still Best Buy was unwilling to help in any other way. Neither company wants to help AT all! For the price I paid I AM SHOCKED that it broke after VERY LITTLE USE. I VERY rarely write reviews, but am writing this one to help others to invest in a DIFFERENT hover board (and from a different store) so that you can get more use out of it and avoid a major headache.

I bought this a a gift for my long time friend. Surprisingly he brought it to his work where in the warehouse his employees found it to be a fun, time-saving way to get from one end of the building to the other.

Fun and the battery is decent. Perfect gift for my 13 year old nephew.

Got this for my 6yo and he loves it. I purchased the seat with it and he can’t get enough of it. Battery seems to last long enough for him to be tired of driving before it dies.

It stopped working after 2 months. I guess the battery is dead. It is still in warranty but the Hover service is bad. I contacted them on 2/1 and they gave me the first reply to how to reset the Hover-1 board(not working), then no response till not. Already two weeks. I kept sending them email but no response.

We literally have returned this item twice and are about to return for a third time. Each time we have received a defective hover board. The first one was unbalanced and could only go in circles (not user error), the second one had a broken piece and became so lose after 3 days it had to be returned. We opened the third one yesterday and it has a clicking noise, exactly the broken piece sounded on the one that loosened.. idk what to do at this point. Mind you this has all being within a 3 week period as this was a Christmas gift for my 11yo, who is wellllll under the weight limit. Bestbuy has been great helping us with the issue but the actual product is not great
