Not working after 2 months, Hover service is bad

It is still in warranty but the Hover service is bad. I contacted them on 2/1 and they gave me the first reply to how to reset the Hover-1 board(not working), then no response till not. Already two weeks. I kept sending them email but no response.

I reached out to Hover 1 for support and had to submit a form for a replacement as there isnt any troubleshooting that we can do. Looks like this is a common issue reading other reviews.
