Wheels would spin like crazy constantly.. even when picked up to stop it from running away, and re calibration. Contacted customer service but no response. Returned / exchanged at best buy and now the new one is also defective as it does not charge. (Charger plugged in, no light. Unplugging from the Hoverboard the charger light turns green.) Will be returning and purchasing a different brand from Amazon.

Horrible brand and make hoverboard

Within one day the charger port fell out . It is still chargeable but this little wire sticks out while they ride it . Although it’s still chargeable , when we fully charge it and the kids only get a good ten minutes on it before it dies . Please save your money and find a better one .

Cheap plastic
